Absolutely loved working with Hayato and his company. He showed up when he said he would, he informed us that he was at the house, did a walk around and let us know that he was done. He gave us an estimate on the spot and explained the entire process of what would be done to remove the moss off our roof and on our driveway. We acquired three estimates and went with Xterior Pros, not because they were the cheapest. They weren’t. We went with them because of the punctuality and professionalism shown by Hayato. We booked them and again, they showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company!

They did a great job. We have had other Companies clean the moss and gutters before and they did a terrible job. Xterior cleaned off all the moss, cleaned the gutters and even blew off the deck including the Catio. He used all electric equipment and took away the moss. He is very efficient, polite and I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very trustworthy, neat and efficient. I even asked him to come back the next day to spray the roof because it was going to rain. He didn’t even want to be paid, which is very unusual in this day and age. Most Companies to be paid up front before they even do anything. Hakuro came back the next day and sprayed my roof and we haven’t had any problems since. The Roof finally looks like New again.

We were completely satisfied with Xterior Pros. Hayato was careful and thorough. He was the only one of all the estimates to come in person for the estimate, actually get on the roof for the thorough inspection, take photos and show us the exact work to be done. With no extra charge, he later discovered and recaulked a gutter link to the eaves that would have otherwised leaked. Estimates from other companies either did not come in person (they had me send my own photos of the roof from a distance on all four sides for a guess estimate) or sent their wife to come and stand on the front lawn and guess at a quote. You can trust Hayato to actually come in person, get up on your roof, inspect, take photos and take the time required to explain the findings and recommendations. We are saving his card and contact info for next year's roof and gutter cleaning.

Found Xterior Pros on facebook. Hayato's quick response and communication is why I chose him. He met with me right away (day or two later after inquiring), set me up with a quote, scheduled, job done! Scrubbed off old moss meticulously and sprayed de-mosser on the roof. Cleaned up everything after and backed up his work. Recommend for sure!
