The quality of the units and the service are simply unparalleled. From the high end materials used to create the units to the automatic leveling service upon delivery, that other "Pod" company just doesn't come close. I speak from experience having used both. These units are so nice I wipe my feet before I go in. The pricing is very competitive and honest. We thought Pods gave a better price but they buried fees and hidden costs that Units is up front about. So while Pods may seem cheaper, they aren't. Pods are cheaper when it comes to quality and service, but not price. These units are steel containers with what looks like marine plywood flooring. The doors are the type you find on shipping containers and tractor trailers. Very secure. With a safety pull cable inside that opens the door in case someone gets closed inside. I can't say enough about the high quality of these Units. Reach out to them with any questions you have they are very personable and helpful. Less

We used UNITS of CT for our home move and it was one of the best decisions we've made throughout the moving process. Jeff was super nice, professional, and communicative and was able to schedule us for a unit drop off the day after our request. The unit comes on a modified remote control forklift (for lack of a better word!) and was easily able to fit through our tight driveway to our back garage area. It is able to face either direction depending on where you want the door to fill the unit. The unit was clean and dry and we were even able to purchase a lock and rent rachet straps for the move. Ray completed drop off at our old house and pickup from our new house, and Joe did the move of the full unit between homes. Both employees were top notch and took ultimate care of our items in the unit and were respectful of our property. We ended up paying about half of what we were quoted by other storage unit companies, so the value was tremendous. I would 100% recommend the UNITS team to anyone moving or needing storage! Less

We had a great experience working with Units of CT to have two of their portable storage units delivered to our house when we were moving a few towns over. These guys are really good. They placed the units perfectly both times they moved them. Both of our storage units were very clean and they worked perfectly. Then they deliver the unit, they use a really cool motorized (for lack of a better description), doohickey, to move them. They can get them in pretty tight spots, and again, they placed them perfectly. These guys are class acts and they don't settle for anything less than a job well done. They're really easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again! Less

They were very helpful with planning our move. The units were delivered exactly when we needed them. They hold a lot! We thought we would need 3 but ended up needing just 2. We used them for everything but the big piece’s of furniture. We are also using the moving company they recommended to move our big furniture. As soon as we had them filled in they were delivered to our new house. Everyone was great to deal with and were very responsive to our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and certainly would recommend them to anyone moving. Less

We had our Unit delivered and it was seamless with precise positioning. The driveway is not the easiest to maneuver in a small car, no less a large Storage Unit, but they made it look easy. The Unit is spotless and has a great Lock system. Having rented Pods previously, this is less expensive and a better experience. I would highly recommend Units for your storage and or moving needs.
