Jeff responded to my late-night inquiry/submission within 15 minutes, had a phone conversation about specifics, sent contract (at a lower rate than every competitor) and had an immaculate storage unit delivered the next day. No song and dance. No additional fees for "same day" delivery. No headaches. The driver was professional and a perfectionist -- he made sure it was level and placed the Unit on wood blocks so it wouldn't damage my driveway. No better storage unit company out there!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Such a seamless process from beginning to end with personal communication at every step. Buying a new house and leaving the old is a hard enough process on its own, but UNITS made it so much more easier to store and move our things.I cannot recommend them more!

We used Units for our move back in July 2025 and were so happy with the service we received. We had originally reserved a shipping container through pods first and then packrats and had issues with both, but then we found this company and Jeff from Units was immediately helpful and much more responsive. He was able to fit us in with short notice for delivering our container and then handled the relocation and pickup of the container seamlessly. The container was clean and delivered and moved without any issues. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered a 16 foot storage container to store my furniture while my floors were refinished. Jeff was so easy to work with and always easy to contact. You don't get a random person on the phone you get Jeff. He was very clear with all the details for delivery and pickup. Delivery was awesome. You can actually track the arrival of the driver and the container. They were very professional and they placed the container exactly where I wanted it. The container itself was super clean and exactly as described. Not only was this company local they were cheaper than all their competitors even with their so called "sales". I would highly recommend Units of CT for all your storage needs.
