Pens.Momuments and Headstones were very professional from the time we first went there until they actually had our headstone put out in the cemetery. When I went online and seen this one I wanted I called PMH and talked to Amanda. She was so kind and worked with my husband and I on getting us what we wanted. She even called our cemetery for us to make sure that it was approved with them- size, height, ect. She had the design drawn up and printed on her computer so we could see and approve that everything was correct before we paid them. And their prices are very resonable. She then gave us an approximate date when it would be finished and set up at the cemetery and she was right on. And I will say that our finished headstone was even more beautiful than our expectations! We highly recommend them!

They were fast, so fast they had to make two trips. The headstone was ready before the picture. I am very satisfied with their work. The "A" in Amanda stands for AMAZING, She was very nice and professional. This isn't something any mother should have to do for their child but I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Pensacola monuments was professional and curious with us. They gave us a timeline for the completion of my mothers headstone and were on schedule. They stayed in contact with us to let us know they were done, and placed the headstone within a day of being notified by us.
