I reached out on Monday and shared pictures of what my fireplace looks like and how it would look since you see the side of the tv when you walk in the door. Vince was able to come out the next day at 12:30 pm and was a quick install and very professional. They showed me how to properly move the tv mount around, made sure it was level and positioned the way I wanted. He also checked to make sure everything connected to as working before leaving.
