Canine Connected has been a tremendous help to us. Our Brittany puppy is very high energy and we were in desperate need of guidance. The first time we met with Cora, her calm demeanor and patience put our minds at ease. Cora helped us understand our puppy’s behaviors -as well as our own. She has taught us a great deal about being dog owners and how to raise a happy, healthy, obedient dog. Cora always provided feedback and gave us tasks to practice with our puppy on our own. With Cora’s guidance we have been able to drastically reduce unwanted behavior. Our puppy is much more well behaved- and he is happy. We are happy as well. Cora is an amazing trainer! We adopted a high energy dog from a shelter and weren’t quite sure how to handle some of her “crazy” behaviors. Cora helped me better understand our dog and how to interact with her and respond to her in a way that was productive. I gained so much confidence after working with Cora. I was able to let go of so much stress that I was feeling. I feel like I understand my dog a lot more than I ever would have without Cora. Cora has been an incredible person to work with. She is easy going, kind, and she problems solves each dog independently no matter the issue. She makes sure you understand the dog lingo as well as the physical training which is helpful. Editing to add: it’s now been over a year of working with Cora and Cora has stuck with us through it all. We now live a more confident and low-stress life and i have Cora to thank for the most fulfilling relationship I could’ve asked for with Brutus. I can’t recommend her enough! If you need a dog trainer, I highly recommend Cora! We’ve been working together for about 4 months now and have made great progress with my boy in building his confidence and desensitizing him to his triggers, creating a focused heel, working on his overexcitement, and overall manners - I mean he does weigh 95 lbs so good behavior is definitely necessary. I love that she takes a balanced approach that is reward focused since Brutus is so food motivated. I’ve been very specific with what I’m looking for and Cora has been soooo supportive and patient and we’ve been able to tailor our training approach specifically to Brutus . I’d recommend Cora time after time! She truly wants what’s best for both dog and owner. She took the time to help us understand our dogs, ways to work (and bond) with them, and improve their relationship with each other. One of our dogs is highly reactive to new people and other dogs and he did not get along with my fiancés dog when we moved in toghether. Cora helped us to understand their behaviors in order for them to be able to live together. She also took so much additional time to help me work with my reactive to understand how to manage his stresses and maximize our ability to live “normally”. Because of Cora, we’re able to do things with our dogs that we couldn’t before (like taking them for a walk and having company over) our dogs live the best life they could! Less

Cora really takes the time to learn about your goals for your dog...and then helps you develop the best plan possible to reach them!! She is extremely dedicated and passionate about what she does. I do private lessons with her and I've never felt confused after. She does a great job at explaining everything and answers any questions you may have! Cora has been an absolutely God send! I was referred to her from a previous client at Next Door and I set up a consult with both pups which turned into a private lesson package (and she didn’t charge double!) They were both 4 at the time but we had a new baby and I was worried about their behaviors with a little one. Cora helped us see our pups were not hopeless and given us the tools to continue their training. She breaks things down in a way that makes sense and gives explanations for all her training. Cora with canine connected went above and beyond when caring for and boarding our two dogs. One of our dogs is medically fragile and Cora was thorough, dedicated and confident in caring for his needs. I was never worried while they were in her care. She communicated well with us and was very thorough in explaining expectations while our boys were in her care. She cares deeply for each of the dogs she works with and was able to help us with maintaining training while they were with her over the holiday.
