Aaron showed up promptly ready to get to work. He trouble shot my 20+ year old ADA door mechanism and was able to fix it without having to replace the motor.

I've been working with Industrial Door through my place of employment since January of this year. Every individual I've worked with at IDC has been extremely helpful, responsive and reliable. When I was looking for door vendors in the Sacramento area, IDC blew everyone else out of the water. They seemed to be the only company that quickly responded, came out & actually wanted to do the job. The bill obviously doesn't get paid out of my own pocket, but when comparing to other bids, Industrial's was the most affordable. Even with prevailing wage! I have to give a shoutout to Mr. Dill for working so patiently with me throughout the bidding process. This was my first big facilities project & he graciously held my hand and answered all my questions throughout the process :) Jim is really great at what he does. He is a true asset to IDC. Logan is another amazing human I had the pleasure of working with on site for more than one project. He deserves a shoutout for being top-notch at what he does. Logan is such a smart, friendly, and seriosuly knowledgeable young man. He is going FAR in whatever he does in his life. Industrial is lucky to have him! It would be wise for IDC to invest in Logan's future and growth-- he's another great asset to the company! Many thanks to everyone at Industrial Door. Grossly over charged to replace my overhead door closer. Same job same company $357 a few years back now $924 with no justification. They said materials was the difference come to find out lubricant was listed material. They tried to pull this $400 for the first hour and $200 thereafter. Grossly over charged to replace my overhead door closer. Same job same company $357 a few years back now $924 with no justification. They said materials was the difference come to find out lubricant was listed material. They tried to pull this $400 for the first hour and $200 thereafter. This information was not mentioned on phone conversation or on website. Protocol totally different than services rendered in the past. As I followed up by making contact with a manager they were rude and unapologetic making up lies about me being informed on pricing. I have receipts to show the over charge. I wonder if the owner is aware of this disappointing experience. There is a opportunity to get this right please reach out and defend your brand. We suffered a smashed door during a break in. Jerry and his team came out the same day and made the repair. Great service, fast and recognizing our need to have it fixed right away.

After throwing money down a hole by calling other local shops, I am happy to say that I will always call and refer to Industrial. Super pro techs, answered all my questions, office was responsive and pro. Most importantly, everything was done the right way, and everything I asked for was done! The final appt to make some adjustments was great. While the guy was here, a restaurant a few doors down asked him to take a look at his door, and the tech ended up working on his door, too, with no appt! Great company! Thank you! Less
