I have used this cleaning business a number times recently and am always impressed with their cleaning every time. I believe their prices are fair, the cleaning is amazing and the cleaners are nice as well. The only issue that has been keeping me from a five star review is they have been late a couple times but had communicated they were going to be late. I do appreciate how fast they are to get me on there schedule and how quickly they work. I am a happy client. Keep up the great work! Less

I’m leaving a poor review because their customer service is lacking. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and then they asked 2 days before my appointment to change the time. Well, they didn’t ask they just changed it. They changed it twice. I had to reach out to them because I was confused about which time my actually appointment was… they then confirmed a time with me. They were supposed to be here today at 11 AM. I waited 30 minutes. No one came. I texted them asking if they are still coming, they said they are still coming. I waited another 40 minute's and still no one came. I message them canceling my appointment because I had paid for a 3 hour clean. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate their time change, that they requested of me. I was then told to give them 15-20 minutes and they would be at my place. I then had to repeat I canceled my appointment because they were over an hour late. My advice to you all, go with another house cleaning service. They don’t care nor value your time. They can’t even show up to the appointment, even when they change the appointment time to better accommodate their schedule. Less

Very happy with their service. They arrive at the scheduled time. They usually send a crew of three, one for each floor in the house. They are usually finished within 75 minutes. The floors and all other surfaces are cleaned well, and the house smells fresh. After they leave, I don’t find anything that I think should have been cleaned that wasn’t, and everything is in place. The two ladies that came and cleaned my home left it smelling good and pristine clean! And thank you thank you for cleaning all 3 of my bathrooms and leaving it spotless clean. Definitely will call back to have them come again Less

The only reason I am giving three stars is because the women who come to clean my house are very nice and they do a really good job. The communication, however, and booking the appointments is the reason for lower stars. They have come to my house three times however one time just did not show up from the online booking, so the owner prefers text. Oscar can be very slow to respond and will respond in the middle of the night sometimes. They were supposed to come today at 1 o’clock, I was notified by text they would be one hour late and that was OK but after an hour and a half there was no response from Oscar. I texted saying we may need to reschedule and I haven’t gotten a response and it is nearly 2 1/2 hours later. I have company coming in tomorrow and again next week so I didn’t do a lot of the deep cleaning anticipating that we would get that today. I also took my son to daycare even though I didn’t have to work today because it is difficult to keep the house clean while he is here and they are cleaning. My point is, I rearranged most of my day for this, and they did not come, and I have no response from the owner. Less
