I have used them a few times before never had a problem. A different gut comes out and does my car. I have items missing from my car and had new pink spots in my back seat when I messaged about it. I was told it was a candy stain. I don't have children and the only person that rides in the back seat is the dog so unless the dog is trying something new then not a candy stain. I had to scrub it myself to get it out. when I said something about a few stains still being in one of my seats I was told to try scrubbing it myself. I asked for a couple spots in the headliner to be looked out. he didn't even try. they charged me extra because it took so long but the guy doing it was playing on his phone. So I was out close to $300 and still had to work on cleaning my car myself. Due to poor customer service I will not be using them again.

They did an EXCEPTIONAL job!! Way cheaper than any other place I found! The last photo I added is to show an example of what it looked like before!! Now it looks basically the same as the day I got it! Definitely will be doing this again!
