Highly recommend. I rented twon16'units to move down to Palm Coast. The prices are good, the people are very friendly, the units themselves were very clean and even smelled clean. Tons of hooks for bungee and ties, they can park those things anywhere (I was impressed with the remote controlled parking, thanks Dan!). This made my move a lot easier. Thanks Jennifer & team.

I used unit to store my kitchen cabinets until I was ready for them at the house I was renovating. Very easy process for pick up and delivery. Their delivery equipment is excellent and allows them to put the boxes exactly where you want it. Highly recommend them as a great value for and excellent service.

They delivered the unit quickly and positioned it EXACTLY where I wanted it. It took a little work because of my curved driveway, but they got it right. The unit itself was great - squeaky clean and looked like new. It sealed great, so we had zero issues with weather or pest intrusion. It locked securely with a lock I provided. When I was done with the unit, they scheduled very quick pickup. They let me know when they would be here and were actually early. Great, friendly folks to work with, and it couldn't have gone smoother!

I highly recommend UNITS of Jacksonville!! My apartment complex is renovating our apartments. I contacted Russell to get a storage unit to store my belongings during the renovation process. Dan delivered the unit to a parking space real close to my apartment. The unit was clean, sturdy, and roomy. I was able to securely lock the unit for peace of mind; knowing my possessions were safe. When the renovations were complete Dan came and picked up the unit. Russell, Dan, and Erica, are professional, efficient, and accommodating. It would be awesome if every business treated their customers with as much care as they do. Please give them your business! They go above and beyond!!

I can’t sing the praises of Jenn and Dan enough! I’m moving to Pittsburgh and needed to have a PODS delivered to transfer my items for a long distance move. We were left with a spur of the moment move when the movers we had scheduled abandoned us and didn't complete their job. Yhey showed up, looked around and left. Unit containers was very prompt in responding to our emergency situation and had us a container out to our house within a couple of hours. We were still able to move out on time and go to the closing the next morning. They are very professional, their prices are very reasonable and they met all of our needs and expectations. Rented a unit while I was replacing floors, so it stayed in my driveway. I ordered online, which was easy and straightforward. They dropped it off and picked it up promptly. The unit was very clean and stayed dry during several storms. Both folks I spoke on phone with (once for a question prior to drop off, and once when I requested pick up) were friendly and helpful. Plus they answered phone directly, without annoying recorded prompts. I have only positive feedback and would definitely use them again!

A great place to rent a pod if your ever moving in the state of Florida,there employees,are super nice,from ordering the pod over the phone,til meeting the delivery driver dropping off the pod,, They we're also the best value for my money too,I called two other Pod companies,and they were hundreds higher in pricing.,I hope I don't have to move again,but if I do,they will be my first call.

Units was comparable to other storage units, if not more affordable. I love using local businesses and supporting my jacksonville companies, but only recommend those that are exceptional. Jennifer was very responsive and made delivery and pickup very easy. Invoices and updates were sent regularly. Our unit was exactly what was described and was in great condition to hold all of our junk for our garage renovation project. We would definitely recommend to others and use the company again!
