We needed pod storage for a planned move, and after shopping several pod and container providers, we decided to use Units of Jacksonville. When I called Units of Jacksonville, Russell, the owner answered the phone. He was very professional and pleasant. He was prompt and responsive, very flexible and accommodating, and very reasonably priced as well as being priced below all of the competitors resulting in the best value in pod storage that we could find. He delivered on every verbal agreement we made, was always on time or a little early, always flexible to our changing needs and went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience, making us feel like we were treated like family. We had direct interaction with Russell, one of his drivers named Dan, and an office administrator named Becky or Betty. every interaction was what I would consider to be a very high bar and should be the industry standard. Everyone demonstrated great care in their handling of equipment. All equipment was clean and in excellent condition. Everyone was respectful, polite, and accommodating, and I can’t imagine that a better experience would even be possible. I really can’t say enough good things about Russell and his team. He manages the operation professionally and takes great pride in building a brand standard while providing excellent value for customers. Russell and his team do an excellent job in all customer facing activities. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration by calling Units of Jacksonville and letting them earn your business. The competitors I shopped before talking to Units of Jacksonville were priced higher, not nearly as flexible or accommodating, equipment was not as nice or clean and charged for most scheduling changes or other service revisions. Unit of Jacksonville will always be my first and only choice for all my future needs. They delivered as promised, exceeded expectations and effortlessly demonstrated why they are simply the best value in the industry today

Highly recommend. I rented twon16'units to move down to Palm Coast. The prices are good, the people are very friendly, the units themselves were very clean and even smelled clean. Tons of hooks for bungee and ties, they can park those things anywhere (I was impressed with the remote controlled parking, thanks Dan!). This made my move a lot easier. Thanks Jennifer & team.

They delivered the unit quickly and positioned it EXACTLY where I wanted it. It took a little work because of my curved driveway, but they got it right. The unit itself was great - squeaky clean and looked like new. It sealed great, so we had zero issues with weather or pest intrusion. It locked securely with a lock I provided. When I was done with the unit, they scheduled very quick pickup. They let me know when they would be here and were actually early.Great, friendly folks to work with, and it couldn't have gone smoother!

I highly recommend UNITS of Jacksonville!! My apartment complex is renovating our apartments. I contacted Russell to get a storage unit to store my belongings during the renovation process. Dan delivered the unit to a parking space real close to my apartment. The unit was clean, sturdy, and roomy. I was able to securely lock the unit for peace of mind; knowing my possessions were safe. When the renovations were complete Dan came and picked up the unit. Russell, Dan, and Erica, are professional, efficient, and accommodating. It would be awesome if every business treated their customers with as much care as they do. Please give them your business! They go above and beyond!!

Cannot say enough about this company. Everything has been so easy. Everybody is very kind and accommodating. After a very bad experience, with another company that left us without a POD on very short notice, I called units in a panic, and they were very eager to help and delivered a Unit that same day. I so appreciate them and will be recommending them to everyone!

Units made our move feasible and easy. They were professional and easy to work with. We kept the unit 1 extra months so we could do upgrade work on our new home. It allowed us to empty the unit out slowly when we were ready.

We had planned to only store our belongings for a few weeks while we waited to close on our house. Weeks turned to months and we never had to worry about our belongings. Once we finally moved in scheduling our drop off was a breeze and our unit was delivered the next day.

I can’t sing the praises of Jenn and Dan enough! I’m moving to Pittsburgh and needed to have a PODS delivered to transfer my items for a long distance move. They made it so easy for me and was so patient with the process. I’ve used them for one year and I definitely recommend them 100 times over again!!

We were left with a spur of the moment move when the movers we had scheduled abandoned us and didn't complete their job. Yhey showed up, looked around and left. Unit containers was very prompt in responding to our emergency situation and had us a container out to our house within a couple of hours. We were still able to move out on time and go to the closing the next morning. They are very professional, their prices are very reasonable and they met all of our needs and expectations. If I ever move again, I will be using them

Rented a unit while I was replacing floors, so it stayed in my driveway. I ordered online, which was easy and straightforward. They dropped it off and picked it up promptly. The unit was very clean and stayed dry during several storms. Both folks I spoke on phone with (once for a question prior to drop off, and once when I requested pick up) were friendly and helpful. Plus they answered phone directly, without annoying recorded prompts. I have only positive feedback and would definitely use them again!
