The variety of workouts keeps things exciting and each class challenges me in new ways. Greg also does a great job at showing me adaptations when I need them. I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and endurance, and I love the accountability that comes from working out with others. Overall, this program has not only helped me lose weight and work towards my fitness goals, but also made exercising a fun and enjoyable part of my routine. Greg is great! Coaches you through the exercises, works on progression, and helps you set goals. We continue to meet goals and I feel stronger every week! I am getting closer and closer to my goal of completing my first marathon.
Coach Greg is an educated, mindful, and personable coach. I walked into his gym ready to commit but afraid of re-injuring myself. With his guidance, I’ve been back into the workout scene almost 2 months now and gaining more confidence/strength each day!
I've been coming to Refocus since the beginning of July. I had not really worked out much ever and was a complete beginner. In just a few weeks I already feel better physically and mentally. Coach Greg is fantastic! He motivates and holds you accountable! If you are looking to start your fitness journey I cannot recommend Coach Greg enough!
Greg is knowledgeable and great as a trainer. His small group fitness classes are fun, effective and non intimidating. He’s incredibly supportive and helpful- assisting with technique, form, modifications/amplifications, etc. I would highly recommend!

Greg is the kindest, caring trainer I’ve ever met. He keeps you motivated & helps you stay accountable. I really enjoy this gym! It’s always clean and organized. As a private gym, it’s never crowded. You can bring a non-member for a fair price. I plan on working out here for a very long time!

Was surprised the other day when I could carry our Yeti cooler across the room. I am able to pick up my 40 lb grandson with ease and just hiked 9 miles in the Pinnacles of Berea. Greg is the BEST personal trainer I have ever had. We’ve been together for nearly 2 1/2 years with very good progression and no injury! Very few missed sessions. If you are committed, he’s a great accountability coach & training partner!
I can’t say enough good things about Greg! I am brand new to the workout world and Greg has been amazing. He is patient and offers the best explanations. If I don’t understand something he does his best to offer another explanation. Greg is positive, supportive, and easy going. Highly recommend him!

Lex Fitness make for a private gym membership you will be very pleased with. 24 hour access without having to wait on the next guy to get off the equipment. Working out is a breeze. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Clean, convenient and private. Thanks, Greg. :)

I love it. It is 24/7/365, so I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. Plus, the owners are friendly and very knowledgeable trainers, so the place has a nice social feel.
Greg Barber is great trainer who adapts training plan to meet fitness level and age concerns. He also provides training plan for you to do when you aren’t working in gym with him.

I love that this is a private gym. It’s clean and well maintained. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend joining this gym. There’s nothing better than feeling safe and welcome especially at a gym. Great atmosphere.
