This shop is great, I ordered my tires online and shipped right to the shop. Quick response time, appointment at a time that was convenient for me, while I waited at the shop everyone was courteous and professionally and very kind. My new tires are balanced correctly and I am happy with the work. I like going to ProTech because they dont treat me like an idiot (like at the dealership) and they dont try to upsell me on junk that I dont need right away.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Prices quoted for replacing brakes were much higher than other shops, and a routine oil change was done incorrectly, leading to oil spraying throughout my engine. This was only noticed when I went to a different shop for more reasonably priced brake replacement, and required hundreds of dollars in repairs. Do NOT trust this place, it is not worth the risk.

Have been using Protech for a few years now, and they are my FAVORITE shop to bring ALL my cars. I'm so glad I found a place I can trust and work with so easily that is so close to me.They provide a conservative estimate before you leave them your car, so that you know what things will cost. But if the job takes less time or cost, they adjust at the final bill leading to a lower cost.They are also VERY communicative. You can setup appointments via phone or even text, and they respond quickly. If they have questions, they contact you to work with it out with you. I am very particular about my cars (especially my Porsche, of course) and I trust them completely. They have never let me down, and provide EXCELLENT service.They are also very skilled and work to save you money. For example, my other car had a problem with the AC. Another shop said I had to replace the compressor for about $1200+. Protech replaced the failed component (a valve in the compressor) and this only cost me about $200. That's SO VALUABLE to customers, kudos!Thank you, Protech for your excellent work and service! I can't say enough good about them, and I recommend them to everyone I know (even people out of the area - their service is worth the trip!)EDIT: 10/6/2025 - My friend from MA was having issues with the CV axle on his Mercedes and even the dealer near him wasn't able to get the replacement done, as they couldn't remove the axle from the transmission. The friend brought the car all the way down from Haverhill (near the NH border) and Protech was able to get the job done! That's impressive, and further supports my recommendations for Protech!

I went in for a oil change at 10am and didnt leave until 2pm. One good thing was the tech dave did throw in a new air filter and cabin filter for free. The front desk employee was rude and hostile and did not want to listen to me

I’ve used Pro Tech Automotive on several occasions in the past few years. They have a very nice shop with wonderful employees. I trust them totally to do any job correctly, and that’s a lot for me to say. I plan to continue to have all my repairs done there. Very pleased!

Fine place to have winter tires mounted on beater wheels but they destroyed my finely refinished aluminum wheels. Tried to blend it out but this isn’t repairable without welding material in. Funny that one of the four was fine with no deep gouges. Very happy.

I went in for a oil change and oil change only. i have a video recorder in my car, and i saw the tech going through my glove department and center console. In the video he is saying racist remarks. The technician was the guy name dave.

ProTech, what can I say that I already have not, the mechanics and staff are wonderful. They give off the “hometown” vibe that I have so missed over the years. They are truly there to help, not to kill you with cost pricing. If you truly need help, this is the place to go for all your vehicle maintenance needs!
