Since joining FightFit Fitness, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall stamina , strength and mental health. Jonathan pays close attention to form during bag and floor exercises, carefully correcting posture and movement to prevent injury and improve kickboxing skills.Each session is clearly tailored for progress, with thoughtful adjustments to the intensity and exercises that keep me challenged but never overwhelmed. Jonathan is encouraging, motivating, and ready to step in if help is needed. This gym isn’t just about working out; it’s about building strength in a way that feels sustainable and rewarding every time I leave. I love the small groups where you dont feel overwhelmed or crowded and makes the setting more personable and a place to meet great people that encourage each other.
