Such a lovely gym! Everyone was so friendly right away, and get to know you quickly. The classes are kept small intentionally so you get lots of attention and everyone cares about you succeeding. I would highly recommend getting involved if you are looking for a different type of gym experience.

My experience at free to be was incredible! I had amazing training and all the staff are kind and Buket was very welcoming and showed me the best of all the best classes! I did many training classes and enjoyed them all. Raise the bar and lift like a girl was a experience like no other. They were fun while also being perfectly fit for each and everyone's skill level.

We are 3 classes in and already seeing great results for my son! He has grown in his confidence and is implementing new healthy habits at home! He is excited before every session. We love what Buket is doing for him!

I went in for the 2-for-1 float with a friend. It was an Amazing experience! From start to finish: The staff at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. She was careful to explain the process, what to expect, what the choices were and what amenities were available afterwards. I went with the guided float with music - that was an awesome choice. Even with the music on and the guide, I was still able to let my mind freely wander, and then the guide brought you back. I got lost in my thoughts a couple of times and, at one point, totally forgot I was in water. LOL. Amenities were available, hair dryer, flat iron, swabs, lotions, pre-float wash, post-float shampoo and conditioner. I was provided with water that was waiting for me at the front desk after my float, which I really really needed. It seems they thought of everything. Also, there was a handwritten thank you card wishing me the best float experience. WHAT A TRULY ZEN experience. Highly recommend it and will definitely be returning. Less

The class is intimate and friendly while targeting specific muscle groups. Not to mention the great music playlists! I have sampled the Free2Flow Yoga as well as the Hybrid Yin Yoga with Danielle and Christina respectively. Both sessions offer a sequence of stretches and whole-body engagement for all skill levels. Lastly, you MUST book a guided Float. Free2Be offers Float Therapy, a suspended gravity float in a private pod. It is the ultimate restorative treatment! This gym is outstanding. The staff lead by Buket is friendly, encouraging and positive. The facility is clean and well equipped. The variety of classes is excellent. Something for every level. In the few months I've been going I've seen an improvement in my strength and endurance. This is the perfect gym for anyone looking for a supportive community and fun classes.

I just had a great workout with Free2Be. The facility is super clean, friendly staff and great workouts! I got to have fun while feeling the burn. The staff is super helpful and provides moderations to workouts for every level.

I had a great personal training session with Buket in the park jogging there with weighted bars and feeling like a warrior it was fun, and challenging exactly what I needed.. I finished with a delightful float.
