I’m not sure where the 5 star ratings are coming from, but this was definitely not our experience. I rarely write reviews but in this case, I felt the need. Service at Brandywine Ins. Group is severely lacking. Responses sometimes took a week, and only after 2 or three emails, or phone calls were made asking for the requested information. I would think a 24 hr. turnaround should be long enough. There are too many other agencies out there that will provide excellent customer service without having to beg for help.
