Craftsman Hardwood Flooring personnel combine true professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. My hardwood floors needed repair because of pet accidents over the years. I did not want to chance the repair to any flooring establishment, since so many are not experts in wood floors. I called Craftsman and talked to Charlotte, who was an ideal customer service agent. In the follow-up on-site visit, her son and owner Matt, conducted a survey. I was truly impressed by his suggestions and assessment. In a few days Ian and the rest of the install crew including AJ and Josh completed the repairs, and I am so thankful I chose Craftsman. Charlotte was an absolute dream to work with! We knew we needed to get rid of our ugly red wood floors but weren’t quite sure what would be the best look. She brought over samples & was able to find the perfect hardwood flooring for our home! Ian, Josh & AJ were fantastic, professional & did an AMAZING job installing the hardwood and making beautiful transitions into the other rooms.
