I brought in a Dell notebook that was not holding a charge. It had no screws to remove the battery, so the guys tried to open it by taking off the screen. They told me it was too risky, that the screen would break. So they optimised the battery settings, (I had already done that, but hey), and charged no fee! I don't know what they did, but the device now holds a charge. Thanks Geeks!
