I’ve brought my laptop to Geeks Knows This twice now. Most recently, I went in just to see how to run a program I had purchased. He walked me through every step to make sure I really understood how to use it properly. He knows exactly what to do, does what you ask, and charges very reasonable prices.

At first I saw all these 5 star reviews and thought it was botted or something but I gave this place a chance because it lacked low star reviews. So for context my gaming laptop is really old and I went to a shop before to fix a loud fan issue by reapplying the thermal paste, shortly afterward it started overheating (something that's never happened before) so I assumed it had to do with the thermal paste. I went to this place bc it felt like the cheapest and most reliable option for repairs AND free diagnosis. They reapply the thermal paste for me (in 30 minutes by the way while the other place took days) and afterward they check with me if it's overheating, they could've lied to me and said it's not but instead they download an app for me to double check and it turns out it's still overheating and it's just due to the age of my laptop. After discovering this they told me I don't have to pay for the thermal paste because they didn't fix the problem. THEY DIDNT MAKE ME PAY FOR A SERVICE THEY DID JUST BECAUSE IT DIDNT WORK.Yeah u HAVE to go here I'd trust them with my life and they were so nice and friendly I legit have 0 complaints and they explain things to you rather than leave you in the dark.

I’d definitely recommend this place. I went in for a screen replacement, and after leaving it for a few hours, they told me it didn't actually need one. Turns out the wire was just loose. I really appreciate their honesty and would highly recommend them.
