What a great customer experience. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly people. They recommended the cheapest and most effective fix for the issue I was experiencing, it didn’t take very long to diagnose and fix, and they didn’t try to upsell or add on. They even made a house call when I ran into trouble. Highly recommend this excellent business for your computer repair needs.

Avien and Devarsh have gone above and beyond in addressing my technical issues and answering my numerous questions. They did a very extensive diagnostic for free and have shown me every step. They are very generous with their time. Avien went back to the shop Friday after the shop was closed , to make sure I could have my laptop for the weekend. I could not pick it up earlier when it would have been convenient for him. They went many extra miles to provide friendly and good services. I recommend Geeks Know This.Dominique Boucher, Nepean.

I had an issue with a battery back up for my computer and they were able to run a diagnostic for me. After I got the results I was able to decide whether I wanted to keep it or get a new one without being charged. That was really helpful! Everyone was really professional and the location is great.
