Geeks most definitely Know This: had an issue with my second hand MS Surface. A very simple work around saved the day. Took 5 minutes and they refused to charge me. Highly recommended and will deal with them again for any ACTUAL IT problem in the future.

Great experience. I brought my son’s Chromebook in to have some wear and tear fixed as well as an overall check before back to school. Service was fantastic. The repairs were completed same day. I will definitely be a returning customer.

What a wonderful experience and gift for a senior. Had not used my Apple tablet for a few months and it had been long enough that I couldn't remember the passwords needed to open it. Had also lost my password book that I had wrote them down and forgot to turn off the computer causing it to go to 0. Luckily I myself found a charger my wife had and I was able to reboot the power but still locked out. In short working with a old man with next to no computer knowledge let alone operating and recovery to reopen these wonderful guy were able to get me up and going again. Because as a retired first responder who plays guitar that often helps me deal with my PTSD issues I needed to use it because all my music was in there. Thanks guys you're the greatest. You've made a old man very happy, feels like Christmas.
