Great service, diagnosed the problem right away, it was not the battery, as the geek squad at Best Buy had told me. ( I knew it wasn’t) They were very friendly and reasonably priced. Only down side, It took a couple of weeks to get my computer back, but that was a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend them.

The guys were great. I brought my daughters chrome book in because it was dropped, missing a screw, a would not turn on. I waited 10 minutes while they identified the small problem, tightened the hinges and replaced the screw. Small repair charge and I was out in 15 minutes. The could have gauged me but they were honest and did great work. Thx guys.
