Yesterday, my laptop stopped working and became unresponsive. As I use this device for my school work, it was imperative that it was fixed within the day. I visited other repair shops, and they were either way out of my budget or would take days to repair the device. At Geeks Know This, the service was exceptional. Devarsh, the technician that helped me, identified and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and attentive, which made this stressful experience a bit better. The price was also pretty good, as it was the cheapest quote I got for this repair. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would absolutely go here again to get any future problems fixed.

Amazing service, fast and efficient. Laptop was having issues with the wiring in my display, tried to get a quote AFTER HOURS online, within less than a minute they called me back! Went in for a diagnostic/fix, not only did they fix the problem within 10 minutes, but didn't charge me a dime! Amazing service and people, definitely coming back if need be!

My computer stopped giving signal to my monitor abruptly and I called this place which immediately took my computer in and offered a free diagnostic. After ordering a replacement part and finding out it was not the right part, they provided a full refund and got the right part to fix my computer. Kaleb was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and gave me excellent service and constant updates for my pc. Really glad I trusted this place with my computer! Thank you Kaleb!
