These Safe and Sound piano movers are good! I sent them a message on a Tuesday and we had completed arrangements for the move to happen on Thursday. Granted it may not always be that quick but this was perfect for our situation. It took them all of 5 min to lift and load an upright piano from a ground floor condo with no steps to their vehicle. Smooth, fast and careful. Drop off was a little different. They had to take that piano up 4 steps, but it couldn’t have gone any smoother. My entire experience with my piano move was positive. They communicated well, originally giving me a two hour time frame and then texting me a definite time half an hour before they arrived. They were super careful and considerate of my flooring with instruction on how best to move the piano if I wanted to change the placement. We had them move an upright piano out our basement. The piano is a little taller than some piano’s. We have a curved staircase that is tricky to get furniture up or down. They were able to get the piano up without a mark on the piano or wall! They moved it into my daughters house with the same professional care. I Definitely recommend them to anyone. Less

I want to give a 5 star review but I can't and it's very disappointing. The movers were very friendly and great, and Jonny was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. On the day of the move the movers scratched up our hardwood floor really badly. It's very frustrating because we had half tile and half hardwood floor, and if the movers had just took more care in paying attention to where they were moving the piano they could have avoided the hardwood floor by just going a few inches to the left and stayed on the tile floor and it wouldn't have caused damage. But now we have to spend more money and pay someone to come and repair all the multiple dents and huge scratches on our pristine hardwood floor that the workers created. If you have nice flooring in your home or care about keeping your house free of damage from the movers I would avoid this company. Less

We needed to move a piano downstairs in the basement. I didn’t even know if that was even possible. They came out and did some measurements and said it should work but it would be tight. They were very professional and got the piano down the stairs and made the tight corner by flipping the piano on end. No dents or scratches in the piano or walls either. I was so impressed.
