We had them move an upright piano out our basement. The piano is a little taller than some piano’s. We have a curved staircase that is tricky to get furniture up or down. They were able to get the piano up without a mark on the piano or wall! They moved it into my daughters house with the same professional care. I Definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had used another moving company the week before, and they hadn’t been able to get the piano in. The other company’s guys seemed inexperienced and they were very unprofessional. After one or two attempts they decided the piano couldn’t be moved and gave up. Safe and Sound, however, told us that they would get the piano in no matter what. It was such a nice contrast to the other moving company in just about every aspect. The guys from Safe and Sound were easier to communicate with, nicer, more professional, more experienced, more accommodating, and most importantly they were actually able to move our piano! This piano means a lot to our family and it was such a relief to get it moved in. Safe and Sound tried a few different strategies and it looked like the piano might not go, but they were determined to get it in for us. They stored our piano for no additional charge and got a longer ramp from their warehouse to move the piano. They were able to get it into the apartment, just like they promised. They showed a lot of determination where a lot of other moving companies would have just given up. It was clear that their top concern was our satisfaction. They even put our window back together when they were done!! (They had to go through the window for part of the move) Absolutely amazing company! We will use them for our piano every time. They are a lot more affordable than most other piano movers (some companies wanted to charge us $500+) and the job could not have been done better.
