Christine is a wonderful Pilates Instructor. I have been attending classes for over 2 years and love both the floor classes and the reformer classes. The class sizes are perfect for learning and the exercise techniques are well explained, I've seen lots of improvement in my fitness and strength!

After an initial, thorough evaluation, Christine helped me address several problems with my post-accident arm motion and lower back pain. I learned a new set of exercises to target and activate deep muscles. As a result, I quickly recovered from the pain and kept going further to strengthen my core and improve my posture. Christine is also a very successful Pilates instructor that runs training and exercise classes. My wife started sessions with Christine also, and she is very content with the results. It's such a rare find to get affordable care for my athletic feet. The treatment simply improved my work outs and dance moves. It got me back up and moving again; I plan to continue the strenghtening strategies and classes to promote less injuries in my exercise routines.

The therapist is very knowledgable, patient, and skilled. I had an incredible amount of pain and lack of mobility with my shoulder. It took a lot of work but they fixed me right up. Receptionist is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
