My A/C went out in the summer heat and another company told me their soonest availability was the next day. It was 82 degrees inside and rising. I called Shasta Heating and Air and Arlene came out within about an hour, climbed on the roof and had it fixed in no time. She was professional, kind, skilled, and super efficient. We highly recommend Shasta heating and air! They came out right away and checked our air-conditioning unit during a heat wave and said it was functioning properly…for a reasonable cost. The person they sent out, Cord, was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Just a sweetheart!

After using Shasta Heating and Air I don't think we will go with another HVAC company! From the first meeting with Joe, he explained everything clear and concise - pricing was up front an transparent - then, Jo Jo, Cord, and Chris did the install - they were amazing! JoJo was at our house the entire time, explained exactly what he was doing and all of the installers were so so respectful and polite! Even follow up with Joe was great, every text and call he responded to and was awesome! From beginning to end the install was seamless, even when speaking with their office, Yasmin called to schedule and update she was so sweet and accommodating - great company to work with!
