My A/C went out in the summer heat and another company told me their soonest availability was the next day. It was 82 degrees inside and rising. I called Shasta Heating and Air and Arlene came out within about an hour, climbed on the roof and had it fixed in no time. She was professional, kind, skilled, and super efficient.
