I called Shasta Heating and Air because my unit was acting up and it’s brand new. Didn’t know what was wrong. I decided to also buy a new thermostat and have them put it in also. Justin came out and was even there earlier than our appt time, was very quick and friendly and diagnosed and fixed the problem including installing the new thermostat in less than an hour and only charged us $99! Impressive and I’m so happy it’s fixed and I now have an upgrade to my thermostat! Will definitely be using them in the future for my maintenance checks yearly and I highly recommend them! Justin came out and was very informative on questions I had. He came out to do a yearly maintenance on my heating and air, and told me things things that needed replaced and even showed me the numbers they were putting out. I strongly recommend Shasta heating & air for anything, but even more than that, if your getting a yearly maintenance ask for Justin! Less
