Today was my first time trying this gym out and I must say it was a solid class with lots of good energy . I thought as an athlete this would be a walk in the park—easy money but I can admit I was wrong. Thank you to coach David and coach Solomon for an awesome session

We had instructor Joe and also worked with Melanie for self defense classes. Joe was very patient with all of us and thorough. He explained the reasoning for the techniques he taught us and was very open on answering all of our questions. Melanie was lovely and patient as well. 100% recommend this gym, the environment was great and I would come again.
