When I walked into Dr. Zammito’s office for the first time I was using a cane day to day just to stand or walk for more than 15 minutes. At 45 years old I did not want to accept that my life would be limited to 15 minute intervals of standing and sitting.He sent me for a scan of my back so he could see exactly what was going on which I thought was great. Once I got the results, I signed up for the 30 visit program on the DRX 9000.I am an instant results kind of person, so it was difficult for me to understand why I was not ‘fixed’ after just a few visits. Realizing it took many years of wear and tear for me to get to this point it was not going to be an easy, overnight type of fix.After the 25th visit on the machine I was really starting to lose faith in the whole process. I was frustrated, and ready to give up. Suddenly after visit 26, I realized I was able to stand up and walk around for 25-30 minutes instead of 10-15. I was getting out of bed easier, I was standing up straighter, my back and core muscles were more relaxed and not in compensation mode anymore.Finally I was seeing results! After failed acupuncture, physical therapy, water physical therapy, chiropractors that just crack and bend you into a pretzel, I was actually seeing results from Dr. Zammito’s program. I was getting my life back!This was over 2 years ago and I am now on ‘maintenance’ which I enjoy very much. I drive from Freehold Township to Lacey just to go to this office and I’m happy to do it.Everyone in the office is very pleasant. I have had back problems for literally half of my life (15years at this point). Every doctor I went to shrugged their shoulders at me. Eventually, after my husband encouraged me to keep going to doctors, I was told my only option was surgery. I didnt want that. I have 2 toddlers. I cant afford to be out of commission for that long. I literally was just going to live my life with this excruciating back pain until I moved to Ocean County and got an advert for Jersey Shore Back & Spine. My husband told me to go to their free consultation and they told me that they could help me. I didn't even get to telling him my issues but he looked at the MRI of my back and explained to me where all my pain was and why. He also said that I didn’t need surgery and I can actually play with my kids without wanting to cry. So we did it. I was skeptical, of course, since nothing previously worked but I did it. And now I can actually be an active part of my children's lives instead of just watching.

I like many people were very skeptical of Dr Z and his treatment plan for me. While I have multiple lower back disc issues, I also have MBC to my spine, so I was leary to say the least about anything been done to my spine. Living in the pain I was in was no longer an option, I had to do something, so after checking with my oncologist I jumped in feet first. I was TOTALLY astonished that after only the 3rd or 4th treatment visit I was seeing a significant difference in my pain level, my sleep & overall comfort. Dr Z was 100% correct, he knows his stuff and knew he was going to be able to help me. I looked forward to each & every one of my appointments. Patti & Kristina are such wonderful, caring people. They are the sweetest duo I have met in a doctor's office in a very long time. I have since graduated (lol) and am looking forward to staying back/spine healthy & will do my maintenance visits as needed moving forward. If you are on the fence with Dr. Zammito & his treatment program, do your homework & jump in feet first like I did.

After living for many months with excruciating pain from Lymes disease, I reached out to Dr. Zammito's office. I was pleasantly greeted on the phone, by Patty; and was accommodated within days, for my first appointment. Conventional methods of pain management ( OTC products and prescription drugs) failed to provide relief in the previous 10 months of ruling out possible secondary diagnoses (there were none; only Lymes). I was doing everything possible but lived in pain 24/7. I began seeing Dr. Z. in mid- August and his treatment plan began to lessen my pain and increase my ability to move, more and more. After a while, my sleep improved and my quality of life, as i could do more to increase my strength. Over the past two months of treatments Dr. Zammito, I am being restored to my previous (pre-Lymes) level of activity. And when I personally OVER-DO something physical, I bounce back faster. Thanks for helping me live my best life.

My orthopedic surgeon said I needed back surgery, there was no other option. I saw an ad for Dr Zammito and it saved me from that surgery and gave me back my mobility and strength. His treatment is comfortable,very effective,and provides long lasting relief from back issues of all kinds. I highly recommend Dr Zammito to anyone suffering from back pain.

After months of suffering with severe pain and all sorts of bizarre peripheral neuropathy symptoms, I can finally say that I have my life back! After receiving my MRI results, Dr. Zammito was sure that he could fix me, and boy was he right! As humble as he is, he was also very confident that my results would be “a home run,” as he put it. Well I’d say my results were more like a grand slam because I feel amazing! The facility is clean, the staff is great and there are so many advanced technological therapies to help you! Dr. Zammito and his staff are wonderful! I finally found a place that has helped me with the pain in my lower back. I am 100% better and will not need back surgery, which I was dreading before starting my spinal decompression treatment. I have been to four other chiropractors who minimally helped, so it is truly a miracle that my pain is gone after 15 years! I highly recommend this practice, they are professionals, who care about each patient and individualize care based on what you need. My husband was suffering with lower back pain for years and years. His quality of life was so low it affected his moods and his ability to perform everyday tasks like walking our dog around the block. After spending 3 months with this wonderful practice and having extensive treatments throughout I cannot say enough good things that came from my experience here. At the start I was a little bit skeptical with chiropractic care but I was so very wrong. I had multiple issues that had to be corrected and didn't feel hopeful. That hopelessness is now history. I am still in awe of it! I believe that it's not only the sessions but the doctor and his compassionate family setting that also helped me form a complete healing. I first started going to Dr. Zammito about 6 months ago with round-the-clock lower back pain. I couldn’t stand up for more than 10 minutes at a time. After his treatments, my posture is better, I can stand up and walk without being hunched over all day. My only regret is not doing it years ago. When I first started going to Dr Zammito I was in severe pain. I couldn't even dress myself at my worst. Kenny Zamitto is by far the best Chiropractor. I’ve been going to his practice for 13 years. He very knowledgeable and keeps up with all the new state of art equipment to give his patients the best care. I have been having neck issues for years and he is the only Doctor that helps. I highly recommend his practice.
