I used the services last weekend, and I have no words to express how satisfied I was. I was supposed to be at Orlando airport at 5 pm, to meet my mother who was coming from Brazil, doesn't speak a word of English and didn't have a phone. However, I missed my flight from NY. I was in despair, but when I contacted this company I calmed down, the email service began with excellence. After we spoke on the phone, the customer service was also very good.
