The driver then continued to threaten me telling me they were former law enforcement and I need to watch myself as they have cameras on their vehicles! Which I find to be a good thing because then the video footage will validate everything I said and why I was calling. I would definitely not use these people because they seem to be hostile when you call them out for inappropriate driving possibly if you're not even satisfied with their work they may lash out at you. We needed to replace some shingles that had been incorrectly installed by the original builder and were lucky enough to hear about Rhino Roofing of Rolesville, NC, from a relative. We immediately called them and spoke with William Leshchiner, who visited us to view the problem, gave us an extremely reasonable estimate, and performed the repairs just a few days later. A certified roofing installer, Will was able to get the same brand and color of shingle we have on our roof, and had no trouble correcting the original builder's installation error. In addition, he explained the entire process in advance to make sure we understood the problem and how he intended to resolve it,. The fact is, we can't speak too highly of Will, who was friendly, respectful, punctual, accommodating, highly knowledgeable, and efficient throughout. In short, he was a complete professional from start to finish and we would not hesitate to call on him again, should the need arise, nor to recommend him unreservedly to anyone who might be experiencing problems with their roof.
