Changed from one star to five stars. Here's what prompted the one star. I was very satisfied with the cleaning when they actually came but due to staffing shortages, I was cancelled multiple times until I was simply dropped. Attempted communication verifying I was dropped but there was no response.Disappointed because I was told once the staffing problems were solved, I would be contacted for an appointment.Update: As I said, changed my review from one star to five stars. Almost immediately after I posted my review, George, the owner of the company, called and explained what had happened. He is now in the process of rebuilding his client base through no fault of his own.Very impressed. Less
