When I did the general manager actually answered the phone his name was Dave I explained what was going on and he asked if I would be home in the next 2 hours. I replied yes, and he told me he was on his way. I was surprised at the quick response. When he showed up and we went into the bathroom, he explained the possibilities of the leak as well as explaining how most insurance companies work and the next steps I should take. He called in his leak detection crew and they quickly found that it was my shower pan leaking. Before I knew it him and his crew helped me call in my claim and took care of the situation. 2 weeks later I had a new bathroom. I recently called advanced restoration for a few questions about insurance process and the lady on the phone was great on answering my questions and was not pushy and not forcing me to come to my home for a free inspection or pushing me to use there services.

When I called advanced restoration about my fridge leaking in my kitchen the young lady I spoke with was very professional. She let me know that someone would be coming out to go over the evaluation and possibly set up equipment. They dealt hands on with my insurance company and we’re able to get everything put back in my home the way it was within a timely manner.
