I had Garage Force out this morning to do my garage floor. The crew( Evan and LJ) arrived 15 minutes early and promptly got to work. They were very pleasant young men with great work ethics. They answered any and all questions that I had about the process. I can hardly wait for the floor to dry, it looks awesome. I would highly recommend them to do your floors. We had garage force out the beginning of December to paint and epoxy finish the floor for our pickleball court. They got finished fairly quick and everything looked great. However, not even two weeks later the floor started bubbling up and some sort of clear liquid is seeping through making the court slippery and un-useable. The bubbles are everywhere and “crunch” under our feet when we try to walk on it. We contacted garage force to let them know what was happening and to see when this could be fixed. We were told another owner who deals with warranty’s would be calling us. It has been four days and despite repeated attempts to connect he has continued to ghost us completely. We paid thousands of dollars for this floor and are incredibly disappointed at the quality and customer service. All we ask is for them to connect with us and address the issue with their work. We are unable to use it at all while we wait for someone to make this right, or at least call us back. See attached pictures.

I leave this review with a heavy heart but I have tried to be a good human being and work with this company to get some of their workmanship problems corrected, but I believe at this point they are hoping I will just give up and move on but they hoped wrong.On/about the 1st week of March 2025, Garage Force installed flooring in my basement. After it cured/dry, I noticed various issues with their work: roller marks and a bare spot right in the center of the basement, which is spotlighted like a performer on stage by the light emanating from one the daylight windows. Garage Force has been to my house 3 times to evaluate and/or attempt to fix the issue but, in turn, made it worse. They have agreed that there is an issue but have failed to adequately correct it - saying they are currently swamped and will try to fix it when they can. Well, it is now June and the floor is still not fixed. I have stuff in storage that I had to temporarily relocate while Garage Force did the initial install - which, btw, is costing me $160/month, thus putting me in a hole, thus far, for $480. Now, I've had to hire an attorney, which cost me even more money, and per his advice, posting this Google review was the first step in hopefully resolving the problem. The second step was getting 3 quotes from other companies to: (1) confirm their poor workmanship and (2) provide quotes to fix it, which I have. The 3rd step is to file suit in small claims court, which I am prepared to do on Monday. Now, and I hope Garage Force takes my advice here, FIX THE DAMN FLOOR because it will cost me less than $100 to file suit but, by law, for suits greater than $5000, a business will have to retain and work thru an attorney. Garage Force, do the smart thing and fix the damn floor ASAP before this costs you any more money or hassle. I've tried to do you guys right - YOU KNOW THAT - but you have unfortunately forced my hand. :-(

Joe and the guys did another awesome job for us. We had a patio stamped and sealed by another company. The stamp turned out horrible and the seal literally peeled right off in the Spring. Garage Force came in and ground the stamp completely out, coated it and it turned out beautiful. I've added before & after pics. Garage force saved the day!

Greg is outstanding prompt and very professional. We had the basement floor done in our new cabin with the stones series which is the quarter inch chip. We absolutely love it. This year my in-laws just had their garage done with the full chip series, they can't say enough about how much they love it and thoroughly enjoyed the crew.

In August of 2023 I got a quote from Garage Force for removal of epoxy in the Garage and installation of Concrete coating in Garage and porch. They came in a few weeks to apply the concrete coating. The person who came to apply the coating along with a couple of others was extremely rude. He kept putting me down. Charged me money to put things back in the garage after saying that the cost was included in the quote. After a couple of days I noticed bumps and patches in the garage and porch. I called Joe and told him about it. He came over, checked it out and said he would replace the garage coating and fix the issues with the porch. When he came over I was worried that while redoing the garage they might ruin the garage more while removing the existing concrete. So I asked them to leave the garage alone and just redo the porch, but with a different color, if they could. Joe said he would find out about it and get back to me. I have called them, texted them all of 2024. They would not reply or get back to me. In short, they did a bad job, said they would fix it. But ignored my messages and calls, all of 2024. I need to have the concrete coatings redone.

I shared our nightmare experience with this company and posted lots of pictures but I can’t find the post now to add to it!We finally have gotten our floor and decal redone by another company we HIGHLY recommend! Supreme Coatings LLC from Middlebury, IN.We took up the two decals out on top of each other by Garage Force and then they started peeling off the floor besides how badly wrinkled up they were. After we got them off that’s when we discovered Garage Force never fixed the imperfections in the cement for one thing. No wonder the decal looked so bad!We had a new decal made and we along with Supreme Coatings LLC placed the new decal down after they sanded down the whole floor to completely reseal the awful job Garage Force did.We are so happy with the floor now and YES IT COST US MORE MONEY that Garage Force should have paid for! The money we spent with Supreme Coatings LLC WAS WORTH IT!We now have a floor that is GREAT!Garage Force solution to work with us…..three times to our first garage to get it right and wouldn’t let us out of 2nd garage without losing our $1800.00 down, then three times to 2nd garage with failure and wanted to pay for the failure on the lifetime warranty haha!!! We weren’t about to pay you AGAIN to repair the decal and actually Supreme Coatings sanded down the whole floor and fixed the concrete that your company didn’t fix in the first place where the decal was going! Your company had NO SOLUTION that was acceptable and corporate in Wisconsin wouldn’t even stand behind Garage Force!!! Sad lesson learned by us!
