Americare helped obtain a terrific aide for my 86 year old mom. Although she was just 19 and getting started in this business she has been industrious and caring and does an excellent job for my mother who is not always easy to please! Very happy with this agency and especially our aide!

I am a brand new patient to Americare Plus Bedford. Not knowing for sure what to expect, I was jubliant and amazed about how easy it was to have talked to the manager, Jan Bradley of the Bedford branch for the first time. I told her what I needed in detail in regards to my home care help.She sent me a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who is caring, sincere, trustworthy, honest, humorous, kind, and does the work I ask of him. Brandon Byrd is a joy to be around. This facility should get a five-star rating as well as my CNA.

I come to you once again. After months of having Americare Plus Isle of Wight in my home caring for my mom. I cannot give them enough kudos and say thank you enough. The in home personal care is amazing keeping mom in her own home. Michelle, Shawna and Nicole are simply awesome and genuinely care about us.I personally see Michelle always smiling and calling everyone by name. She represents the company and community with great leadership.

My Brother-in-Law was just getting by due to his memory problems and then my sister passed away. Turns out he needed a lot of help to stay in his home and Americare Plus has taken over her role, which is allowing him to safely stay in his house. Good job!
