I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.Their PRP treatment is completely dishonest and not done properly. They take full payment upfront, draw your blood, separate the plasma-then only rub it on top of your head instead of injecting it properly. Rubbing plasma on the surface does NOT work and is a total waste of time and money.When they actually do any injections, the technique is deliberately rough and painful-feels like they want you to suffer so you won't return. It feels like they are only chasing quick cash, with zero care for patient comfort, safety, or delivering the real medical service you pay for.True PRP requires precise application into the scalp to work-this is just a scam. Unethical, poor quality, and the worst experience I've ever had in London. Save your money, health, and time-go somewhere qualified and honest.
