My bins are so lovely and clean.They were picked up from the top of my drive taken to the cleaning station at the bottom of the drive put through the cleaning process dried and deodorised and brought back up the drive and placed back in position. Each time I put the lid of the bin up it smells so nice. I highly recommend The Bin Butler they did a fabulous job. Less

Fantastic service! Completed the clean of both bins the same day as they were emptied. I'm thoroughly BINpressed! I booked a bin clean after midday, and Simon was there the same day. He worked incredibly fast, and I was initially skeptical about how clean the bin could be in such a short time. However, it turned out spotless—absolutely perfect. Exceptional service! Less

best service ive had and its so worth the small price. No yucky summer otto smell, they just come & look after it no muss no fuss… we had maggots & all sorts of gross bin smells, new to QLD so no clue how everyone avoids smelly bins in this heat.. anyway it costs I think $20 a fortnight. No clue how they make money at those costs but I cant recommend highly enough & I will never go back Less

EDITED: On 27 June, Simon contacted me and arranged to rectify the issue. He attended on 29 June and the bin has been professionally cleaned. Thanks, Simon for getting this addressed. My bin is now clean and looks and smells good. On the 4 July 2024 I booked Simon to clean two bins at a home I was vacating. He confirmed via text and this was scheduled for 10 July 2024. On 10 July, I requested three additional bins, at my new home to be cleaned and this was confirmed with Simon via text on the same day. I was grateful for his ability to accommodate me. Unfortunately, one of my five bins was not adequately cleaned. I notified Simon, from 11 July 2024 onwards about this, via text messages and a telephone call, but he has failed to respond. I sent him pictures of the bin and asked him to please contact me, so we could arrange a day and time for him to rectify the matter. To date, Simon has failed to respond to any of my forms of communication and request to complete the work as he was hired for. On 12 July, I tried to call him, his phone went to message bank, I left a voicemail and he never returned my call. Later, I called him from another phone number, once again the phone went to voicemail, but I didn't leave a message. Later that day, Simon sent a text message back, to this other phone number of mine stating 'Hey to here! sorry we missed your call - how can we help? - The Gold Coast Bin Butler ' This shows me that Simon has received my text messages and the phone call and has chosen to not respond to a client's concerns. I have copies of all the above correspondence to confirm the details noted. Due to the poor level of service received and the lack of professionalism, I would not recommend Simon or his business. This is my experience as a client of the Gold Coast Bin Butler. Less
