I’ve been coming here for over two years now. I got my veneers here and they completely changed my smile for the better! I’ve been coming to this practice when Covid began. To date I’ve had an implant, a root canal & many cleaning. No pain, ever! A friendly helpful staff & Drs.

I had the need for a tooth extraction and bone implant. Dr Greyf performed the bone implant part of the procedure using a a new state of the art robot. The precision of the robotic procedure resulted in almost no post procedure pain or discomfort and an accurate positioned implant. The staff is the best in both patient care and making you feel special.

My wife saw a special offer at Dr. Grayf’s practice and being close in Milburn I gave the office a call. From that decision forward the attention, care and compassion I received was absolutely outstanding. The first person I spoke with completely understood my urgency and gave me an appointment within 2 days. Upon arrival at the appointment with a form regarding a dental sign-off to move forward with schedule treatments just two weeks away Dr. Grayf took the time to explain everything to me, what was needed and even contacted my radiation doctor to coordinate everything and again sat down with me so that I understood the process completely. That same evening I had x-rays and a deep cleaning of my teeth. As a result of the X-rays Dr. Greyf explained that a root canal was needed but due to timing issues with starting treatments he recommended extraction of the identity tooth and proceeded with his partner Dr. ???? to perform both a deep cleaning and extraction and when I left the office, (with everyone in the office staying late that evening), all procedures needed to move forward were completed. The office kept in touch through the 10 day healing process and upon coming back for the follow up visit, I had clearance and all required forms needed. I’m now halfway through my treatments and although my future is still in doubt I ‘m certain that my experience with Dr. Greyf and his entire office set me up for success. I tried reaching Doctor by phone and email all to no avail. The collection agency told me the charges will go on my credit report and at that time I can dispute it so my husband insisted I pay a bill I did not owe and that was not an option. I called the credit agency and spoke to a manager and he found out I didn’t owe them anything and the bill belong to my husband not me and I ask for a break down because we have dental insurance And found out all the charges were false. They billed insurance and was paid and the additional charges on the bill was for work my husband don’t remember having and since the bill was so old he decided to pay the $188. Plus $50. For a missed appointment and he never misses appointments. They had to write off the balance the $558. Because it represented services he never received. After viewing the ledger I seen a lot of charges the insurance company paid and we never had that type of work done so I send the Copy along with a letter to our insurance company. Less
