I highly recommend Teachable Moments Preschool. From the director to the classroom staff, everyone is very welcoming, and I can feel the care and love they have for my son. The classroom staff keeps me updated via an app on my sons activities throughout the day and sometimes include pictures, which I love. They are also sure to message/call me if he is not feeling well. The chef, good food and cute decor are also a plus! We have had a great experience with TMP so far and my son loves it there! Less

We moved to the Lynchburg area in August and are so grateful to have found Teachable Moments! Our 2.5-year-old daughter loves going and it is nice knowing she is well taken care of while there. The in house chef makes good and healthy meals for the kids each day, and my daughter always likes me to tell her what the menu is for the week. TMP is a new school so of course there is room for improvement, but overall we have been very happy with our experience. Less

I love this school for my toddler .. she is happy to go to school everyday and I feel content dropping her off. I know she’s safe and cared for. She has grown so much during her time there, it’s amazing how much she learns and comes home to share. I’m thankful to have such amazing people taking good care of her!! Less

Teachable Moments is a FANTASTIC preschool ! The director and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - great with children ! This school is very organized and has a huge focus on safety. The classes are inclusive supporting collaborative play as well offer independent growth. The school is very clean , staff members are detail oriented, and mindful. Teachable moments offers breakfast , lunch, and snacks to the children that are healthy and are provided in a menu the week prior. The kangaroo time app the school uses can be used, in addition to other methods , for communication, payments, tracking progress and daily activities of the children’s day. My son has been extremely happy here at this school and we are so blessed to have found it ! I hands down highly recommend this school and wish that more preschools in the area would follow their model. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that while at work my son is well taken care of, supported, and in a place that will help him grow in these impressionable and critical years of development. Less
