Dave is a very organized coach who structures each class with a thoughtful variety of exercises that keep every session new and engaging. The music playing in the background adds a great energy that makes the classes more enjoyable and helps push you through the toughest parts of the workout.What stands out most is how Dave ensures everyone works at their own level - he carefully watches your form during lifts and exercises, giving clear guidance and adjustments so you perform each movement correctly. This focus not only helps you get the most out of your workout but also prevents injuries, which makes me feel confident and safe pushing myself. I also look forward to the classes at train716 because the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly; it’s a place where everyone supports each other and makes showing up something to look forward to.

Each class is a real solid, well rounded workout that is scalable to each individual’s level. I like that I can show up, go hard, and go home with very little hassle on my end. I plan to keep going here for the foreseeable future

There are so many membership options to choose from and time slots for the classes! I like to buy the packs of classes and fit it in my schedule when I can. Train716 is such a great and welcoming environment! There are all different types of people and skill levels.
