During our consultation they took a good amount of time in explaining the scope of work as well as suggesting how to add a pantry. They also made great suggestions as to how to improve the overall look of the kitchen by adding some additional shaker panels in areas that were bare. It was quite obvious to us that John and Valentina take great pride in their work and want all of their customers to be completely satisfied. The job was done timely and the kitchen came out perfectly. The craftmanship of the Canadian maple pantry was top notch and gave us so much more space. We couldn't be happier! During the course of our conversations, we learned they also do pretty much any other renovation you can think of. Based on how happy we are so far, we have contracted with them to install custom closet doors in one of our bedrooms, remove and replace both bathrooms, build and install vanities in both bathrooms and put new flooring down in the entire unit. In one part of the kitchen we removed a desk and John created a coffee bar for us by using one lower cabinet with a drawer and creating a space for a beverage fridge next to it. Immediately we noticed discoloration of the counter top it turned red-ish, and we also discovered in the bathroom vanity counter tops the back splash was flaking and coming off the surface. I took photos and sent them to John, He offered to repair, but I did not want him back, I found a reputable company to re do all the counter tops for much less money than he charged me. I would say That John is a Novice at counter tops. Do yourself a favor, look around before you hire these folks. After reading his Follow up John is Also a Liar. BEWARE THIS DUDE IS A FLAKE, DOES POOR WORK AND IS A LIAR! Less
