We recently purchased a condo on Vero Beach. The kitchen faces were a mess and the kitchen needed a face lift. We consulted with three different kitchen contractors and were most impressed with John and Valentina Cunningham, the owners of Budget Kitchen Renew. No salesmen here. You deal directly with the owners who have been doing this for more than thirty years. During our consultation they took a good amount of time in explaining the scope of work as well as suggesting how to add a pantry. They also made great suggestions as to how to improve the overall look of the kitchen by adding some additional shaker panels in areas that were bare. It was quite obvious to us that John and Valentina take great pride in their work and want all of their customers to be completely satisfied. The job was done timely and the kitchen came out perfectly. The craftmanship of the Canadian maple pantry was top notch and gave us so much more space. We couldn't be happier! During the course of our conversations, we learned they also do pretty much any other renovation you can think of. Based on how happy we are so far, we have contracted with them to install custom closet doors in one of our bedrooms, remove and replace both bathrooms, build and install vanities in both bathrooms and put new flooring down in the entire unit. All bids were very reasonable and we are looking forward to the results of this next renovation phase.

John had 3 weeks to completely gut and replace our manufactured home kitchen. We were on vacation and expected to come home to a new kitchen. There were a number of surprises revealed by the demolition and John did an excellent job of communicating the problems as well as suggesting solutions. Having completely remodeled 3 houses in my lifetime I was not surprised that problems were found. The solutions to the problems that John came up with and thoroughly explained were obviously from a man who takes a great deal of pride in his work. With the amount of change made due to the problems encountered it was amazing that the project was completed on time. We were extremely happy to walk into a completely new and first-class kitchen on our return from vacation. Thanks to Budget Kitchen Renew for a first-class job. I would rate them 0 star's if it'd let me. They came out and installed some kitchen cabinets in my house, and they were uneven, the wrong color, and the wrong style. I waited over a month for them to get these cabinets in, and they said I could wait up to another month for other cabinets come in. You would think they would be more professional and know what they're doing especially with the amount of money I paid them for the work. I am very unsatisfied with this place.

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever seen. They have caused me nothing but a headache and lots of time. There cabinet products are so cheap and they put in the wrong color and had paint drips on the paint. I just can't imagine how they are in business. I would not recommend anyone to use them in future so be careful and try a couple other contractors because you will regret using Budget renew. I had about 10 people tell me not to use them but I read there reviews and they looked great but that wasn't the case. I will upload pictures soon.

We were fortunate to be able to have John and Val work on our kitchens and bathrooms. I say fortunate because we had used them previously in another home, so I was familiar with the quality and value of their work. In our most recent project in Melbourne, they complete rebuilt a customized kitchen, and remodeled 3 bathrooms. For my wife and I, it was virtually a turnkey operation. We let them design the layout, cabinets, counters, and all color selections. They have artistic vision, and know the current styles and fads. They made the most current kitchen technological features available to us. Their work was brilliant! They were on time, and once they started, they stayed focused until the project was complete. When they were done, there was no mess to clean or call backs for repair. A HIGH 5-star recommendation!

It went from a dingy beige kitchen to a beautiful bright white kitchen. The lighting, color and increased space turned my kitchen into something I could enjoy every day. Over the course of my life I have had many renovations done in the homes I have owned, but none compared to the outstanding work done in my kitchen by John and his crew. John goes out of his way to make renovations as pain free as possible. My husband and I were only without the use of our kitchen sink for one day! We appreciated that so much. In addition to updating our kitchen cabinets he installed a quartz counter top and new sink, along with other features. The large selection of materials and styles was outstanding. The quality of the materials he uses and the cost of the materials are beyond compare. He and his crew are professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to renovate their kitchen and am so thankful that I found them during my long search for just the right company to handle our job. John is a GREAT salesmen! Chased him around for 5 weeks to get pricing for a hole kitchen. First price was "in the 19k range" using the counter top that we did not like(he was pushing because he got a great deal on it)2 weeks later the price went to 15k-15.5k again with same counter top, so I'm thinking ok he's pulling #s out of the air??? I told him on 4 different times we did not want those counter tops, in one ear and out the other unbelievable!! My wife and I then went to pick out counter tops to a place (John told us to go to) about 2.5 weeks ago during this period first he told me our choice would cost 3k the week after he told me it was $5300. This is where we sit 5 weeks in no design and 4 different prices and excuse after excuse after excuse!!!! John you would make an outstanding used car salesman !!! THANK YOU FOR WASTING OUR TIME. This is 100% factual if he responds differently he is not telling the truth.
