Remember when you knew that the person on the other end of the phone heard the stress in your voice and *cared* enough to snap into immediate action? To help you? Because you needed it? I had that happen today in a huge way. My experience with All Pro Heating & Air (Indianapolis) was so outstanding I almost can’t believe it’s still 2022. This was some high-tech expertise wrapped in what felt like old fashioned, genuine customer care. We have each heard people say “no one cares anymore” — whether about their job, or their customer, or keeping your business. So, rather than searching myself, I got the number for All Pro from a trusted friend. The first thing I heard was, “We are here to help. What’s going on, Jennifer?” First, it’s Saturday. My house was around 40°. My furnace was running, but there was (clearly) no heat. This was a problem with the potential to become exponentially worse as temperatures dip. My mind was jumping to the damage that could be caused by frozen pipes. I’m sure she could hear it in my voice. After asking my address, the next thing I heard was help was on the way. “ETA is 23 minutes, ok?” The gentleman was there in 22 minutes and confidently diagnosed my problem. He left and miraculously found the necessary parts on a weekend afternoon. Once back, it was minutes before I could feel heat coming into my home. Service is more than turning a wrench. It is responding expertly and expeditiously with compassion. I am so lucky to have been given this number. All Pro Indy is now my HVAC expert.

I will start off by saying three things: 1. I read Yelp & FB reviews good and bad before I decided to post. 2. They did a really good job the first time I called them to my business approximately a year or so ago. 3. I don’t recall ever leaving a bad review in my life! I’m not young either, so here we go. All Pro Heating & Cooling customer service lacks interpersonal communication skills. Since they did a good job at my business I figured why not have them come service my home. I called to set up an appointment and was told a tech would contact me. The next day I didn’t receive a phone call so I decided to reach out later in the day. I was told that an appointment was never made for my address. I was confused bc I was supposed to get a call from a tech which never happened, so technically I guess I didn’t have an appointment. I was so frustrated I told them forget about it and called another outfit to come out to do the repairs. Fast forward to Nov 14th, 2019. I needed my units serviced at my business so I decided to try one more time with All Pro. I already knew what the issue was bc I have been dealing with these old units for years. One needed a belt that had been off for weeks. The other one squeaks constantly when it’s heating BUT IT WORKS AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS. They came out at approximately 11:00 am to go up on the roof. They pulled the disconnected fuse on the units (Katie says bc working unit was smoking and they didn’t want it to cause more damage...the “squeaky one”) They came down and told my biz partner they needed to get a belt and would be back before 4:00p. 4:00 came and went....So I left a note on the front door to contact me when they arrive and I can let them in remotely if we have left for the day. I returned to the gym at 8:00 for a film Study session with an athlete (it was 53° in the gym). We kept our coats on and dealt with it. I called and got dispatch approx 8:20 or so. She had no info for me at all other than someone would call. Then a text from Katie at 8:46 saying “Hey Eric it's Katie with All Pro. We had to order a belt is going to come in first thing in the morning. I was supposed to call you back to let you know and I got sidetracked. When will you be around so we can complete the repairs?” Ummmmmm do you realize you left us without heat when we had heat when you came? Sidetracked.... I laughed at myself at this point. What a fool I was to deal with them again. So we are out of heat and have to start canceling early morning classes starting at 6:30 am until around 10:00 when they are supposed to show up. They show up and want ~$260 to put a belt on one and do a belt adjustment on the other one. After going back and forth with Katie I asked her to have the tech turn my “smoking” unit back on and go on about their business. My unit that was “smoking” has been running since Thursday holding a nice 70 degrees in the facility an has been running like that for 2 years prior to calling ALL PRO From my investigation & experience they are repeat offenders of poor customer and will never get commercial or residential business or referrals from us.

All Pro Heating ACCEPTED a work order from my leasing company for an AC issue with my home. they made an appointment with me. instead of calling me, they CANCELED the work order without calling to say they needed to cancel or reschedule. They refused to tell me why when I called to reconfirm the appointment only telling me that I needed to call my leasing maintenance. I am now a full week without AC. I do NOT reccomend them for leasing companies as they will only cancel and not say why.

I would recommend PHA because of how fast they weren’t able to make service, once they were here the technician diagnosed and took care of the problem within 30 minutes of being at my home. The technician was extremely knowledgeable of the situation.

All Pro is who my home warranty called when my heating went out this week. Of course...when it was 4 degrees out! :-) Their technician came right when scheduled and was very respectful and did a great job. Even though the connection was not direct, I would use them again when needed! Thanks!!👍

This company has the worse customer service team by far. My family which includes a child have been without heat for over a week!! I was told to wait 2 days for a repair and then I was told to wait and additional 3 to 5 business days. If i had a choice of NOT using the, believe me I wouldn’t. You can hardly get anyone to answer the phone, don’t even THINK about getting follow up phone call. Smh absolutely unacceptable!! I wouldn’t recommend this company if I was paid To do so!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have been waiting 3 days now in negative temperatures to have our furnace repaired. They were supposed to show up yesterday between 11-1. They did not show up at all nor were we called with any sort of update. We left two messages begging them to please call us- nothing. I completely understand there can be delays, but it is not acceptable to leave a family with no information in dangerously low temperatures!

Had them come out for an estimate for a full system replacement. Dave was very nice in assessing my current needs and I was promptly given a very competitive quote. I have them the ok the next day and had my system replaced the next day! Nothing but professional service from the install crew. Very happy with my new More efficient system and would recommend to anyone looking for service or replacement.

Nice folks, great service! We had a whole system install that went very smoothly. The guys who did the install were friendly and knowledgeable. It did take about 2 weeks to get everything ordered and installed completely but I know this is a small but quickly growing company so patience is a must if you want to see your local community have successful businesses instead of just large chains from wherever. My only "complaint" is that it works way better than our old one and my husband is able to freeze me out of the house pretty easily now. lol
