Great experience. Called due to an ad in a local flyer. Madison was very helpful taking my info. My next-door neighbor and I had our vents cleaned on the same day. They also offered us a senior discount. Technician Steve arrived on time and was very nice and patient. He did a great job (dryer hasn't been so quiet in a long time) and left the area very neat and clean.

Would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Squad. They are prompt, professional and fair in pricing. The previous owners of the townhome I purchased had not maintained any aspect of the venting system. The Dryer Vent Squad cleaned the ductwork, and installed a new flexible dryer hose and outside vent cover. All should be good for five years before the next cleaning is recommended.
