Who knew that getting your dryer vent cleaned would be such a great experience? Dan, the owner, was great in scheduling; we both had to move some dates and times around. Dan also went through in detail what this process is all about and the dangers behind not getting it cleaned. Steve, the technician, was also top-notch. Professional in every way, along with in-depth knowledge, he cleaned his work area like he was never there. He even gave me some tips, things I would have never thought of. What can I say, we moved to a ventless dryer and after a few years realized we needed the call the dryer vent squad. They were able to repipe the venting to ensure we could get a vented dryer again and assurance that everything was code compliant.
