We used Magic Cleaner for move out cleaning. Amy and her team communicated promptly and clearly with me, did not charge any bogus hidden fees, and showed up on time. When I asked for a quote, they provided one promptly and did not ask to call to get a quote, which I appreciated a lot. They did a great job cleaning everything and answering my questions. I regret hiring this company to clean my home. There were streaks left all over my kitchen appliances(inside &out), my kitchen sink was not cleaned appropriately after having had a dirty bucket in it. One of the employees thought it was okay to walk on my counter tops(that was unexpected, unsanitary & dangerous). My home smelled atrocious when they were done. I'm still trying to get rid of the smell and had to clean my kitchen again. ths supervisor did not even come back to check if everything was completed properly like I was told she would.
