Celebrated my husbands 28th birthday here. We had a party of 7 and the service was outstanding. Service was super fast, food was exceptional (always is) and atmosphere was great! This is my husbands favorite burger joint in Lake Charles!

*Unpopular opinion alert* I think Maplewood Burgers is overrated. Their stuffed burgers aren't as good as people build it up to be, the service is lacking in both locations, and the price point is rediculous. How many people eating at MB know that Texas Roadhouse is at the same price point. Now, after a meal at both places you can decide pretty easily where you want to spend your money.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! They made several special accommodations for our group! The food was wonderful, we ate breakfast, grits were creamy and delish! Eggs and sandwiches and tacos were wonderful too!!

Absolutely delicious. The service was impeccably friendly and spot on. Pictured is the Italian stuffed burger, cheeseburger combo with sweet potato fries, peanut butter supreme shake (partially drank 😂), and a segment of the cute mural that was painted on the wall. Definitely a place to stop and eat if you're in the area.

We will definitely be coming back the burgers were so good. The boudin stuffed Burger was definitely awesome. Only bad part was we were too full for dessert because the milk shakes looked very good lol

They drowned my sourdough bun with mayo, it was so soft on the bottom or feel apart. I ordered and paid for bacon yet none was on my burger. I did choke down the rest of it and it was disappointing

We love Maplewood and even though we're no longer living in Lake Charles we made sure to stop by. The food is good but it is expensive so even when we lived in Lake Charles we couldn't afford to go very often. The owner is really nice and always good for a chat. He remembered me on my 2nd visit and that personal touch is what we love about it so much.

In my opinion the food is not at all worth the price. Burger patty is not 100% beef its a mixture of something. I have been to culinary school and worked in that industry for 10 years so this isn't just an opinion without knowledge. Burger and fries for 18 dollars when it was closer to an 8 dollar meal.

Impressed with our first visit. This will definitely be on our go to list in Lake Charles. 1st time to ask for a to-go box for a hamburger.
