The staff are all SO sweet! Their warm customer service is really appreciated. They gave me hot coffee while I waited, and were very attentive and helpful. I'm pretty shy, so they didn't pressure me to talk during my haircut (thank you!). So it was very relaxing and comfortable. The haircut turned out great!
