Go if you wince when you move, or can't get the pain to go away. Dr. Alvis helped me regain mobility when I was hurt as a new mom in a rear end car crash. Couldn't walk without freezing up, couldn't breast feed without horrible neck and back pain. He Fixed it. Came again for a bad shoulder injury - couldn't lift my arm at all. Fixed.
