Great experience. The quote process was simple, customer service was excellent. The drivers are very careful as to not jostle your furnishings around during pick up and delivery. This is evident by the attached photo. Our neighbors chicken got in the unit apparently during us packing and laid several eggs. When we opened the unit after it was delivered to our new home there we found perfect chicken eggs unblemished!

We were worried they wouldn’t be able to get up our steep driveway, but both units made it up no problem with both of the operators, who were very professional and even called ahead. They kept the pods level the entire way up the hill. We had nothing broken in the move between using Black Tie Moving Company and Units. I’d highly recommend using units for your move or short/long term storage needs!

We moved from Oklahoma to Alabama. Our experiences with Units in both places was exceptional. The whole process was seamless, with our 2 pods being stored in Huntsville for a few months until we bought our home. Delivery of our 2 pods in AL was just as good as pickup in OK. Communication throughout the experience was reassuring when you see all your belongings handed over & driving off. Nothing was broken or damaged. Would definitely recommend Units!
