I could literally go on for days about how wonderful the folks are at Cube Squared. I knew from the first call I made (on a weekend), that this was going to be a great experience. David called me immediately after he got my message. He talked to me like he had known me forever.I was rather disillusioned with all the other places I had tried to hire in town where I live, Either no one was available or they never returned my call or the price was outrageous. Here, Audrey set up the delivery to my house and Chris delivered the unit. I wish you could see the automation on how these are delivered. I live on a lake and my driveway is very precarious. If you make the wrong move, you’re either in the water or you’ve crashed in several big rocks. Chris literally backed that huge unit down my driveway with what looked like a gaming instrument. Thankfully, it was set in the shade, as I requested and I was able to fill it up at my convenience. I hate moving and everything that goes along with it….with the exception of this experience. These folks treat you like family, (and I mean that in a good way). I had to keep the unit two months longer than I anticipated simply because I have a lot of stuff. Never once did they bother me or ask me why I needed to keep it. When I was prepared for it to be picked up and delivered to my new home, I messaged Audrey and she set up the date and time convenient for me and once again, Chris came to pick it up for delivery to my new home about an hour and 45 minutes away. I took a picture (which I’ve attached), asking that the unit be delivered to the right side of my garage door and backed in to where the unit door almost touches my garage door. I was not even there, but my sister was and several of my family members were able to empty it in one day, I let them know it was available to be picked up once empty, and i assume Chris came to retrieve it. I have a feeling I’m going to have to employ these kind folks once again to finish out this move, And let me tell you, this is the only painless experience I have had with this move. Truly, if you choose to employ any other company for this type of service, you have made a horrible mistake. I 10,000,000% recommend these folks and I can assure you, you will too. A+, A+, A+.

First time using a unit!! I used Units to move locally. I had the unit delivered about 2.5 weeks prior to my moving date. Coordinating my drop off and pick up dates was an unbelievably smooth process. They verified where I wanted it placed, based on the info I provided, to ensure it was exactly where I wanted it— this was important to me because I moved from a subdivision and did not want to impede on my neighbors. It was so convenient to pack and unpack as time allowed. I did not feel rushed or pressured to get everything unloaded as quickly as possible as I have using traditional movers. I was also genuinely impressed with how much I was able to fit into the unit.The unit itself was very very clean and did not have an odor. I had the unit for 1 month start to finish. When it came time to pick up the week of a holiday, they were super flexible and accommodating. Audrey always provided excellent communication and answered many many questions i had throughout the process :) I will definitely be utilizing Units of HSV again and will recommend any chance I get!

Great experience. The quote process was simple, customer service was excellent. The drivers are very careful as to not jostle your furnishings around during pick up and delivery. This is evident by the attached photo. Our neighbors chicken got in the unit apparently during us packing and laid several eggs. When we opened the unit after it was delivered to our new home there we found perfect chicken eggs unblemished!
