This is a first rate company with very competitive rates compared to the bigger named companies that you see on TV. They were punctual and the employees were great to work with. The important thing was that they could deliver their UNITs through a 9 foot gate opening. Their big named competition used a crane device that required a 12 foot, no less, opening. The rental of my storage unit was flawless! From the moment I made the phone call for information to the time the unit was picked up was perfect. We were having remodeling done and needed a place to store two rooms worth of contents. Units of Huntsville worked with me to decide which size I needed. I was unsure of when our project would begin, but they were able to deliver my unit the day after I called saying we were ready. The delivery was on time and the unit was well placed. It was delivered clean and in great condition. After using the unit for two months, they were able to pick up the unit the day after I called saying we were finished with it. David and his team were awesome to work with very professional. When David arrived we had a concern being able to get the unit up our step drive, especially on a rainy day. David did awesome job getting the unit up the hill AND then helped my wife and I place 2 large and heavy cabinets into the unit.
