After the procedure I was sent home without my extracted teeth I had asked for over three times heard by several staff members. I received no written instructions or list on safe foods to eat. Do you rinse with (Peridez) nightly ? And let the food residual remain in your mouth from breakfast all day and collect bacteria while you have sutures in your mouth? I wish I would have had more literature in my takeout bag with me when I left to assist me and my wife for my care after I left the office. Okay to all the people out there who are shopping for full Arch dental implants my name is Rob and I've been shopping around for 2 and 1/2 years now at the same time I've been saving up my money I started out with the first company who is called Clear Choice there's no way I could afford Clear Choice it was a minimum of $50,000 one day and you're out but I was very skeptical about that because what happens your teeth have to heal and then you're going to do two jaws very questionable I didn't feel comfortable with that so I continued to several implants specialists from smilemakers in about four other dental implant offices I gained a lot of knowledge about implant services out there since I visited so many, but let me tell you people keep in mind this is what I learned through knowledge I had my teeth removed about a year and a half ago by a local dentist and I had no choice but to get a denture but if I would have known that do not extract teeth because when you get dentures you will begin getting jaw bone deterioration if I would have known that I just would have waited until I made a decision to get my full Arch implants because on that day they pull your teeth and they install your titanium implants therefore there is no bone loss and on my 6th implant doctor I met up with kuzma DDS in Fairfield let me tell you the way they work with you especially with in house financing with no credit check is unbelievable no one else would do that after all my visits with different doctors they make you extremely comfortable and the doctor there has a lot of wisdom when it comes to implants and their special equipment and people on site. They give you a wide variety of different materials and different teeth with different prices from the high end to the medium end which makes it more affordable than the other implant companies out there so I'm 100% satisfied I go in for my dental implants in about a month, they are going to extract all my teeth on lower jaw as well they will install my implants the same day and my temporary teeth, then I'll have to heal for about 3 to 4 months and then come back in for my permanent Arch teeth so in my opinion of two and a half years of searching I came across a very honest Implant Dentistry office their name is kuzma DDS Fairfield you'll feel very comfortable with them and that's the most important thing as well as in-house financing trust me you got to do it. I've been coming to Dr Kuzma's practice since 1987(?). I don't think Dr Matt was even born yet🥰 What a breath of fresh air he is. I've always had a good experience at the Kuzma practice, but I have to say, today was exceptional. That was 💯 % due to Alex who was an absolute delight. Heather is great also. I have seen Dr Matt even since he took over his father's practice. He is phenomenal. After a horrible experience at another dental office, which kept me from going for years, he was a breath of fresh air. Matt and his staff listened to my concerns, kept an eye on a few teeth and never pushed me into getting work done that wasn't 100% necessary at that time. A few years later I ended up needing to do the crown on the tooth they had been monitoring and I've never had a procedure be completely pain free from beginning to end! I'm used to multiple locations having to be numbed, meaning lots of needle jabs into my gums, but not with Matt. He completely numbed me with just one gentle poke that didn't hurt at all. I just recently became a patient here about a year ago now and coming from a previous dental company I had been at for years. I had no idea that I wasn’t receiving nearly as good of treatment that I should have been given. Dr Kusma and his employees all are professional and kind you always feel welcomed and cared for and that is something that was lacking elsewhere! They truly care about the patients needs and walk you through there processes so you feel comfortable every step of the way they even go above and beyond to get to know you and make you feel that much more comfortable. I haven't got to the point where I see the doctor yet. I've heard good things about him. Unfortunately when I tried to schedule a months back, I spoke to someone who is very rude. I gave it a shot a some months later but today I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and had to ask for updates that came back inaccurate. I worked in the med field and understand that things usually arent timely. But I always would keep my patients informed of wait times if we were running behind because people dont always have all day to wait. I left without being seen. Less

We are so thankful for this entire team, they are all truly amazing and thoughtful people. We brought our daughter in just before closing on a Friday night because she has broken two teeth. Dr Kuzma and Dr Anna were so amazing to stay late and fix her teeth. It was very emotional for her and they did such a great job reassuring her and us.
