Friendly and reliable! I can't stress enough how great it was to know that our driver showed up early for a 2am pick up so we could get to the airport and know we would make our early morning flight. They were so professional and gave me such peace of mind that we used them to get home from the airport a few weeks later and it was just as effortless! We used D2D for transport to and from SFO. We had different drivers for the two trips. The trip to SFO was a good experience and I don’t want to discount that trip as not positive. But the trip home is the one that is freshest in my mind and the one this review will be based on. D2D has 4 drivers and the driver we had for the trip from SFO was the owner of the company. Our driver was in constant communication with me about the logistics and safety for our ride home. This relieved some of the anxiety I had about making the connection with him considering how crowded and chaotic the pickup area at a big airport can be. The pickup went off without a hitch. Our driver packed up our luggage and even opened the car door for my wife. He also had bottled water for us if we needed some for on the way home. Once we got moving he offered to make any adjustments to the car’s climate controls to our preference. This man is a paragon of what good customer service should be. The actual trip home was very smooth. I noted that he was careful to observe all the rules of the road in order to do all he could to assure the ride not only was smooth but safe. He did not press us for conversation but certainly was engaging when we initiated conversations. Upon arrival to home, our luggage was not only unloaded from the car but, also brought inside the house. This was greatly appreciated by weary travelers after a six hour plane ride and a nearly 100 mile drive to our home. In summary, D2D provided us with great professional service. Best airport service I've ever had! I contacted Airport door 2 door 1 day prior to my departure and Don (my driver) promptly returned my call. We set up a time and place to meet, he sent me a picture of the car and the license plate so I would know who to look for. Don arrived early which relieved a bit of stress knowing I wouldn't be late. Don was super friendly, his car was immaculate and comfortable. The rate was much less than renting a car and way more convenient. I will use Airport door 2 door everytime I fly to Sacramento to see my daughter at UOP. I highly recommend Airport door 2 door to anyone who needs a safe, convenient ride . Thank you Don.
