Communication is key when you are coloring your hair. The hair secret salon lacks communication. I have gone to other salons who have asked me to come back in to touch up or fix my hair... this salon does not take ownership for a job not done well. I would advise you to go elsewhere- especially if you are coloring your hair.

Mistakes happen but not taking responsibility for them is inexcusable and poor business practice. Unless they change their customer service policies I would suggest finding a different salon.

The next day I woke up to dye all over my forehead my hair dyed in a completely different style then what I asked and what we agreed upon. AND they changed me almost TRIPLE what they charge for an ombré. ( which I wanted but didn't get) I asked for a refund due to the product not being what we agreed upon. They will not refund my money and They will not do the right thing and acknowledge they messed up. My hair is damaged looks awful and I cant get it fixed because I am from out of state. I would not recommend this place. I am very disappointed in my experience here and I'm very unhappy with how my hair is. If I could post a picture of the damage on my review I would!
