I was locked out of my garage. Michael Jackson solved the issue, explained when and how to oil the springs and the door and reset the keypad. He was polite and knowledgeable and professional. It was a great experience. : )

Would definitely use them again. We have a commercial style roll up door that lost its spring tension. Overhead Door had a service person out the next day. He quickly reset the spring's tension and even adjusted the tracks. The door works better than when it was new. The cost was extremely reasonable. Do consider them when you need service on overhead doors.

The technician, Michael, was able to diagnose the problem and make the adjustments that restored proper function to the door. He was a complete professional, from understanding the technology to presenting his work in a friendly and open way.
