Ive seen a few other chiropractors in the last 2 years, they were good but not quit able to fix my constant back and hip pain. I'm experiencing life changing and improved quality of life changes since I've been getting adjusted by Dr Palmer. I was able to get out and garden and use my shovel for the first time in a year and a half with no after effects or pain. He and his staff are a wonderful team and I'd recommend them.

Dr. Palmer and his team are so warm and welcoming. I am a firm believer in good chiropractic care and it has improved my overall quality of life tremendously. If you are unfamiliar or unsure, I highly recommend giving this team a chance and starting with a conversation.I drive from Goodlettsville to see them. I’ve had many chiropractors over the years due to moving frequently, but Dr. Palmer truly listens and has never once fallen into the “rinse & repeat” routine with me. He consistently offers thoughtful advice and solutions and goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel seen, heard and cared for. He is also bilingual and fluent in Spanish, which makes his practice even more welcoming and accessible for our community.

This place is amazing and really helped my sciatic Nerve pain thanks Dr. Palmer. The staff is also very friendly and makes you feel at home. Especially if you have kids.
