I was in Oklahoma for 21/2 months and joined Koda CrossFit in Norman for 2 months. I am 69 and went to the 10am class for older youth. Immediately It felt like home. Everyone from staff to gym buddies were so welcoming. Take a chance. Try it out. You will feel better and make new friends. I miss them so much. Can’t wait to go back!

I dropped into the gym last week when visiting from out of town. First, the facility is huge and very well equipped, which is great for doing accessory work around the WOD. More importantly, Coach Madison made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and the other members were super friendly. You can tell Koda has a great community! Definitely will visit next time I’m in Norman.

Drop in - Kruz was great welcoming me and with his coaching and instructing the details of the workout. Took lots of time for the snatch demo and warmup - loved dropping in and will be back on my next trip to Norman - thanks guys!
