The overall experience was fine. In particular the guys doing the work were very professional and pleasant to work with. The only issue I have is one I discovered after the men had left. I had asked when they arrived to make certain to clean the drier discharge. That, above all, was my biggest concern to clean out any build up of debris that may be present as we work outdoors and we tend to have "dirty" laundry. At any rate, I wanted to make sure that was done during their visit. I also had mentioned I had disconnected the drier and moved it out of the way in preparation for them to address this for me. Unfortunately, I did not notice that task had not been performed until after the crew had left. I cleaned the discard tube myself as best as I'm able with my equipment. I would think that would be on an overall check list to make sure that was addressed. It will not prevent me from using your service again. I just would have hoped that would have been caught by the team. I need to amend my review. A few days after I posted my review I was contacted by Might Duct's office. They asked to confirm my review which I did. They offered their apologies for my dryer vent not being addressed. They offered to send a crew within the hour to address my concerns. I happily accepted their offer. I couldn't be home at that time to meet their team but my wife was able to be here. They accessed my drier vent discharge and discovered a very large amount of debris. They cleaned all the debris and gave us some suggestions as to how I can keep after it down the road. The men were very polite and professional. My wife was very pleased with what they did and I love they addressed my biggest concern which would have been a much bigger problem had they not found the back up for me. The manager reached out to me to make sure everything was good. Yes indeed. The Might Ducts team really stepped up and wrapped everything up professionally. Very very well done. I have severe allergies and after construction in our home I knew it was important to get the debris out of our ductwork. They came in and checked out every vent, cleaned it all up, and gave me a detailed report afterward. The price was competitive with others. I called Mighty Ducts AFTER another company 'cleaned' my air ducts the week prior. That company left behind dirty ducts, soot like yuck in my furnace, every surface filthy from the 2+hrs of dust/dirt blowing out of my returns (10+hrs of washing walls/ bedding/etc was excruciating). Decided something was DEFINITELY wrong when I had to change the furnace filter 3x's in 1wk (covered in soot like gunk). Called a different company who weren't much help nor friendly. Turned to Google again to find a company that does duct cleaning that provide b4 and after photos-Victoria @Mighty Duct took my call, she assured me what I experienced was NOT normal (even asking to put me on a brief hold to verify w/ the service manager some of the things I was sharing the previous company did - which I appreciate vs blowing me off or BS-ing me). She explained she wanted to see if she could get me in quickly, as this is my home and breathing clean air is clearly important. She called me back within 15 min and said they'd work me into the schedule the very next day! 3 humans showed up, friendly and knowledgeable. Agreed something wasn't right (their b4 photo's proved correct). Glad I trusted my gut and called MD. MIGHTY DUCTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY 1ST AND ONLY CALL.
