I called Mighty Ducts AFTER another company 'cleaned' my air ducts the week prior. That company left behind dirty ducts, soot like yuck in my furnace, every surface filthy from the 2+hrs of dust/dirt blowing out of my returns (10+hrs of washing walls/ bedding/etc was excruciating). Decided something was DEFINITELY wrong when I had to change the furnace filter 3x's in 1wk (covered in soot like gunk). Called a different company who weren't much help nor friendly. Turned to Google again to find a company that does duct cleaning that provide b4 and after photos-Victoria @Mighty Duct took my call, she assured me what I experienced was NOT normal (even asking to put me on a brief hold to verify w/ the service manager some of the things I was sharing the previous company did - which I appreciate vs blowing me off or BS-ing me). She explained she wanted to see if she could get me in quickly, as this is my home and breathing clean air is clearly important. She called me back within 15 min and said they'd work me into the schedule the very next day! 3 humans showed up, friendly and knowledgeable. Agreed something wasn't right (their b4 photo's proved correct). Glad I trusted my gut and called MD. MIGHTY DUCTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY 1ST AND ONLY CALL. Clean equipment, friendly knowledgeable employees, efficient@their job, b4 & after photos, communicated throughout the process, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE (glowing review deserved, especially since all of the above have diminished significantly these days).
