Joe walked into a mess with both my personal return and our non profit return. He basically had to redo two years. As an EA (IRS enrolled agent) he specializes in IRS returns. Becaue of online filing, online information collection and Intuit support, he could be exteemely cost effective and was able to complete my returns at a fraction of the brick and morter firms.
