The gentlemen that dropped off were kind, timely, and quick even in the rain. They explained all of the guidelines and policies throughly. The gentlemen that picked up were in good spirits even though they had a rough morning. They were quick and friendly. They took a few moments to snuggle our pups and accepted some ice cold waters for the road! We are very pleased with the service. The family was thrilled with the entertainment and we will be using Bounce Around again!!

Not typically one to post about experiences but I have to say that everything from visiting the website, to connecting with support, finding answers to questions, and interacting with the kind/knowledgeable/energetic staff on site was a fantastic and stress free one. I would wholeheartedly recommend trying Bounce Around after their end to end service helped make my Son’s 5th birthday party a fun time for all the kids.
