I joined Ronin fitness a couple of weeks ago and I must admit that he has lived up to the hype. I use to train daily but I’ve fallen off over the past few years being married with 4 kids and a full time job. At age 43 I’m in decent shape but I needed that extra push that I can’t seem to get working out alone or with just another gym partner. Man Lex is on an entirely different level. I spend 45 minutes to a hour there on my scheduled training days and not a second goes to waste. Lex is professional and very down to earth. Honestly, I’m not a real people person but from the moment I first spoke with Lex it was like talking to an old friend. Very comfortable and familiar even. Initially I was concerned with losing money from being unable to make it to training some days because my job requires callouts at a moment’s notice. Lex is very flexible when it comes to this. He pretty much builds his schedule around his clients. This is a big plus for me. And the workouts;it doesn’t seem like much when you’re doing them but man are they effective!!!! I started training in the gym when I was a teenager. I’ve even operated a training facility and coached numerous individuals. I didn’t think that there was much more for me to learn and initially I joined for the extra push and motivation. But man was I wrong. Lex has definitely done his homework. He’s good. Really good. Lex is a great trainer! He is great at formulating a good plan for exercise for your current fitness level. I am looking forward to continuing with him. I appreciate the 3x a week plan so I can get a good workout with mix of cardio and strength training while have periods of recovery in between.

I love reading reviews and sometimes when people have 5 stars across the board it sketches me out a little and feels inauthentic. BUT that is not the case here with Lex! I needed someone to push me where I have yet to push myself and he’s done just that. I genuinely cannot thank him enough for helping me put my best foot forward.
Lex Ronin is the real deal, truly old school training that works. Lex is a master of pushing you to achieve results while avoiding burnout or injury. Lex achieves results that far more than the cost the training. His gym is a relaxed and you get excellent one on one training customized to each client. Great for newbie’s and experienced bodybuilders.

Came to Lex to help get in shape for joining the military. He definitely helped push me and I made noticeable progress pretty quickly. There were quite a few times where I struggled a bit, but he always made sure I could finish my workout. Wish I could stick around to train with a bit longer. Lex is legit and genuinely cares about the success of his students. I have been sitting at a desk for >11 years with very little physical activity. Lex's methods account for this while still pushing you to set new limits for yourself and keeping you accountable. First time ever getting a personal trainer but Lex definitely set the bar high. Great guy that has both experience and knowledge in the art of fitness.
